Great Backpack!
I've been looking for a backpack with a belly strap. It helps to keep the backpack from flopping around. This pack has all kinds of pockets with a very secure place for a Notebook like mine which was in the bag and dropped off my bike, no problem this bag is padded. With all that it's large enough to carry your leather jacket and your helmet and still not feel big on your back. So if you head out in the morning wearing your jacket and your pack then return in the afternoon with just your backpack on, jacket inside, no sweat!

Handy
This backpack is extremely useful. As a teacher, I don’t always have time to grab all of my materials out of side bags, so this back pack lets me walk right into work. I enjoy all of the great pockets and the straps across the front to keep the backpack secure while riding. It doesn’t shift at all. While I haven’t had it long, I am watching the material carefully- it doesn’t seem too durable, but I hope I’ll be proven wrong. I also don’t quite like how the upper helmet straps clip in right over all of the pockets- meaning you have to unclip them to get in the main pockets. It does have an extra padded pocket for laptops which is thoughtful. Overall, for the very little money I put down- this bag is great.

deffective
Bought the bag for commuting to school and back with books and laptop. Serves great as a backpack but as in another review the loop at the top of the pack as well as one of the straps that holds the helmet on, loosened to the point where I would not use the strap until I get it re-stitched. This happened somewhere between new and 2 uses. Does work well for carrying books and a laptop for the price. All other parts (shoulder straps, zippers, belt strap) seem to be high quality for the price. Comfortable while wearing as well.

Great Deal
This bag was a lot bigger than I thought, it has a lot of room and makes carrying the helmet easier.

COOL BAG
Got this on clearance, great deal, easier to carry around when I don’t leave the helmet on my bike. It has a lot of space. I thought it would be smaller for the price.

Good backpack for the price
I picked this bag up on clearance for $35, so the cost benefit is through the roof. There is a decent amount of space, enough to pack clothes for track practice and school books. Like other reviewers I noticed that when you remove the helmet carrier there are four loose straps, what they all fail to mention is that there are Velcro wraps built in to the top straps so you can connect them together, completely eliminating the flapping straps.

Good Commuting Bag
For the price, it's a darn good pack back. Can't comment on the durability, since I've only had for 2-3 weeks. Two things I don't like: 1. The chest strap is way too high, even at its lowest position. I end up not using it, most the time. 2. When you're not using the helmet carrier, there is no way or nowhere to tie the 4 lose straps! Fieldsheer could have made the bottom snaps female and the top ones male, so that that could mate and be strapped down.
