Fits well on spoke nipples, but due to the thickness of the whole wrench I found it easy to scratch the rim if you aren't very careful! Might be good to have as a spare in your tool kit in a pinch but not great for shop use in my opinion. Durable.

I didn't even get 8 minutes First spoke, backed it off 3 turns, re-tightened 3 turns, then the wrench snapped.

Was doing a prelim tightening on a newly laced wheel and one of the halves of the tool that attaches to the spoke snapped off.....waiting on a replacement...must have been a casting inclusion?

Works like it should. Should be able to hand it down to several generations LOL. Built like a rock. It fit my spokes perfect. Gets a good solid bite with the thickness of the tool. Inexpensive, but effective. Works great.

This is a nice compact sturdy tool at a great price, however it did not fit the rear wheel spokes on my 2006 kx 250 so I had to grind it out slightly with an angle grinder
