I'm not sure this was the perfect choice for the New BMW K1600GTL. (1) I did go the extra mile to rubberize the metal hooks so they wouldn't beat the finish to death.
(2) The length was a bit snug for my liking. Another 3-4 inches for the BMW K1600GTL would have been better. (3) The width hanging down over the seat wasn't long enough to prevent rain from blowing in on the seat. Another 8-10 inches on both sides would have been great.

My only issue/complaint on this cover are the two metal hooks. Why someone thought it was a good idea to two bare metal hooks that will flop around while putting on the cover bewilders me. I dipped them in Plastic Dip and now they will not scratch up the paint while putting it on. You will need to remove them or cover them.

A half cover at half the price of most. I'm not a big fan of the metal hooks on the tie straps, but can change them out. A good product so far.

Fits perfect in a Crown Royal bag. Nice fit- made well- covered the hooks with shrink wrap. Excellent cover.

I love the half cover. This is my 2nd one. It's very easy to put on and off. Also takes very little space to take with you. I purchased a spray can of water repellent to help preserve the cover. FYI this is not a travel cover while on a trailer. That's how I lost the other one! Great Buy!

This is a fairly decent half cover for the price. It fits pretty nicely on my Goldwing. There is some extra padding around where the antennas go but you must make sure you align them with the antenna when putting on. I missed and punched a small hole in it where there was no padding. Also, do not use seam sealer with this. I bought some waterproof seam sealer and put it on the seams and it turned it a nasty white color and looks ugly. Other than that, no complaints.

The cover fits my Yamaha FJR 1300 perfectly. The only small nitpick is, as other reviewers have noted, that you have to take care that the metal hooks ding the bike paint.
