Not great.
You would think that since HJC owns chatterbox this may be straight forward to install in any HJC helmet, it's not. I installed this headset in 3 different HJC helmets I own and it was difficult in each one. The directions included are not good, very basic and bad diagrams. But that doesn't matter because the only way I was able to get it to fit was by stripping the helmet apart and rebuilding it around the headset.
