Great product the only thing they need to do is revisit their instructions. They FAIL to mention one ought to have a lot of surround noise in the back ground when trying to test the intercom out. Most people try to read the instructions in the living round and attempt to step thru the working of the unit. Sit next to the bike have it running and than test the intercom out.

I replaced the unit adapters last year, because I lost the one of the speakers on each set (front and rear). I road with them less than 6 months and the front headset has already lost the sound in one of the ear pieces. The whole unit is expensive to replace. The headset wires are not strong enough. A small plug in adapter with better wiring for the headsets might remove the problem. At least it would be a lot less expensive to replace the headsets instead of the whole unit.

Really like it, I have the g4 and got this because I have 2 helmets maybe it’s just me but for some reason this sounds better than the 1 I got when I bought the g4, people also say the clarity is better when I’m on the phone talking. STAY! WELL! BE SAFE!

Kit works just like the original. I am able to switch between helmets without having to move the mounts.
