This product is amazing. Comes with everything you need and some things you may not, and even a placeable microphone for full face helmets. Installation was simple. Setup and updating on the PC is simple. Syncing with my IPhone was quick! The audio is clear at city speeds, and manageable at highway speeds. I have and would recommend this product to everyone! I just hope they add in s Caller ID feature to the VOX

It will never go back to FM after you have the intercom on. They say it takes 30 sc. It never will go back. I have to push a button to take me back to FM.

waited forever for a comm unit that would work with my iPhone. This thing is the bomb. Garmin app on the phone overrides iTunes. Phone works. Hmmm, still have to test rider to rider, but I'm sure it's fantastic as well. Motorcycle Superstore is competitive and fast.

I'm having trouble getting the Scalarider G-9 configured with my bluetooth cellular phone. Frustrated!
