First off, they didn't fit my helmet. I have a top brand full face helmet and the speakers were too big to fit into the ear slots. Second, the attachment tape was worthless and the speakers would not stay attached. Third, one of the speakers worked for about a minute before a short manifested itself causing a "Momocom" speaker. They went back the day after I got them at the door. Don't waste your money.

Sound was OK - I had a problem with the fit. When installed in my helmet they pressed against my ears. When on a long enduro ride - about 1500 miles - I used them for the first 300 miles, after that my ears were too sore and I removed them from my helmet. To be fair, I was riding with 40 - 50 mph winds that were trying to rip the helmet from my head.

Everything was great except the connector wire from helmet was too short (I was connecting to connecter between my legs)and would not always make a good connection. As a result I would lose sound in one ear. I had to replace the connection wire.

The sound quality is bad, you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money, buy the more expensive ones.

Didn't really notice any special bass for being named "thumper" You could probably get a better sound from cheaper headphones without the headband. The velcro is nice to keep them in place. I'm not really sure 2 disconnects from ear to player are necessary.

I was excited for these to come since I was tired of having ear buds fall out while riding. First thing I noticed when I put them in and tried it on was that it made the helmet really tight and uncomfortable. I've tried repositioning them and didn’t help. Once I got them in a place that did not hurt my ears, the speakers were not loud enough to hear music at 30mph+.

Hard to get situated and the wire connection is starting to come loose at the ear piece after 1 month. Went a different route after using a short while.
Good speakers.

The speakers are good. Positioning them was a beast but other than that they sound good. I recently got a new helmet but have yet gotten a chance to put them in it. I'm sure it'll be ok.
Helmet speakers - good but not great.

The sound on these speakers is GREAT! I had to sew the Velcro pads in the helmet liner to prevent them from moving about. Positioning was a little tricky but that's to be expected. The only complaint I have would be the size, the speakers are quite thick and if you helmet fits properly they aren't very comfortable although they are usable.
