I was given this by a friend of mine who just bought the G4. I have to say, I've charged it one time, put several hundred miles down, and listen to the radio the whole time I ride and it hasn't gone dead yet. I paired it with my Iphone 4S, and according to the people I call when I'm riding, they don't even know I'm on the motorcycle, even when I'm doing 70mph! I love the radio function too. I get my music on wherever I'm at.

    Good but not Great Headset

My wife and I wear full coverage helmets so we're not fighting wind noise so the sound is quite clear. A charge lasts about four hours. We're very satisfied with the product. Only two complaints; the FM radio is completely useless. It's a joke that they even put it on the product. Also, at times it's hard to get the unit to come on with voice activation - particularly for my wife. Still, I'm comfortable recommending the product.

    Very Unhappy Rider!

The sound is great below 50 MPH, above that and you cannot hear thru the distortion. Pairing a third helmet was a nightmare, only to find that all 3 cannot talk to each other. Cant have a conversation between each other. Only works when the main helmet toggles between the passenger and buddy. Tech support was rude, and did not seem to know their product. E-mail to "corporate" went unanswered. Dont buy this product, very unhappy rider.

Installs and works as promised. Bluetooth synched with my Zumo 550, which was also synched with my Blackberry Curve 8530. Voice dialing doesn't work but that might be due to set up through GPS. Too lazy to figure out if I'm doing it right. Only knock on this unit is I wish volume could go louder. I ride a naked bike and use ear plugs so at high speed (65mph+) and/or windy days people are hard to hear over wind noise. That being said I've ridden the superslab and talked for an hour straight. If you want to yak and ride, this one's for you.

Good, Not Great - but better than earbuds

I mainly got this for the ability to listen to my GPS (bluetooth) and MP3 player (wired) without earbuds. For that it does fairly well. The speakers seem to adjust for background noise well (though the overall volume control for the MP3 player is on the MP3 player and not the volume controls of the Q2). The cell phone bluetooth feature works surprisingly well. The FM receiver is not great at all - though I do pick up the stronger stations here. But, as other have mentioned, changing the channel or searching for a new channel is not recommended while moving. Overall, I am pleased with the unit.

The advertised FM radio feature is very hard to change the pre-programmed stations, and difficult to operate. Couldn't get the Bluetooth unit to sync with my Garmin 880 GPS. The rest of the features such as the driver/passenger com are O.K. but a little pricey. Still discovering how best to use all the features.

It's awesome! Love the product and I love Motorcycle Superstore's amazing service. I only wish the microphone (boom) were detachable because most of the time I'm riding alone and only use the bluetooth phone/mp3/radio options.

    does the job

BLUETOOTH function does not work with GARMIN NUVI series. ended up just hardwiring when in need of voice directions. but most of the time i just glance at the screen for the next turn. FM RECEPTION poor. period. sometimes i get good reception in open areas but most of the time im left wishing for more. other than that everything else works as described.

Couldn't be better for the price!

My only complaint about this is it doesn't have a2dp and saving presets into the unit takes a lot of patience and time, other than that everything is PERFECT. It easily attaches to your helmet securely. The battery lasts a really long time. Rider to rider and rider to phone works extremely clear. Sound is definitely loud enough to hear on the highway. Once you get your presets put in the radio is very clear and easy to use. The audio input is very nice. I split the cost of a multi-set with my buddy and it was worth every penny, very satisfied with this product!

The headsets are very good when communicating with your rider or your motorcycle buddy. Have not listened to the radio while riding, so don't know how good it is while traveling. Recommend these headsets to other riders.
