I've made several purchases from m/c super store and have yet to be disappointed with any of my purchases. The heat shield was a good addition to what should have been included with my Vance and Hines exhaust. I agree with other reviews about it being over priced for stamped out sheet metal. Minus one point for the sharp edges the shield came with. Overall it's a decent product and fits the bill.

I installed this to prevent melting my shoes like so many others. It does a great job and looks fantastic even if I have to agree it is on the pricy side. I was asked if this was an ordered or custom part. Got the silver to match the stainless pipe and silver frame of my SV. I just ran the excess strap length back into the slot in the clamp and under the shield for a clean look and to prevent the sharp edge.

I have a 2007 ZZR600 and it fits well. And it actually works. After a ride home from work, I felt the shield and it was warm. Then I felt the pipe and that was super hot! I guess I didn't have to feel the pipe.... Bottom line, it works.

Installed on my KLR 650 with a FMF powerbomb header pipe. Fit great and my pant leg quit cooking. Would recommend anytime.

Aesthetically it looks great fit and finish top notch. A monkey can install and if this is the type of equipment you're looking for look no further. Price could be argued but if you value the product then the price is irrelevant.

Nice selection of colors to choose from. I purchased the black heat shield, which goes well with my black bike. This is a great product, and as far as Concourse riders are concerned, or any rider for that matter, I would say a must have for those carrying passengers. Wouldn't want them getting burned getting off the bike. Very easy to install. Fast shipping, too!

Easy to install, looks good but does not offer enough clearance between exhaust and shield so it still gets really hot. I think it will still burn my leg when riding with shorts.

I ordered this hoping that the reviews were pretty much ok, and for the most part they are true. This in my opinion cost more twice as much as it should. From far away it looks good and matches my bike pretty good. But if you look close, it looks like a cheap piece of metal held on with hose clamps which is what I think it really is. I would return it but when you ride around for fun and not show. It gets the job done and looks good as you pass by. I would wait for it to go on sale if I were to buy it again.

I ride a Harley Street Glide, 06, and have Vance-Hines Pro pipes on it. I love the pipes, but no heatshield meant that I was melting my boots when I would tuck in for corners and cold. This heatshield was exactly what I was looking for; small and black. I, as a matter of fact, just ordered another one for the upper part of my pipe. Thanks.

Quality is very nice, the fit & finish are definitely good, but for what you get, it seems a little pricey to me. Adds some nice "bling" to a sportbike.
