The look is very nice, and as others have said it is a little small. I installed this on my 2005 R1. It looks very nice despite the fact I thought it was small. I am having trouble keeping two of the edges down near the bottom...

Nice quality but smaller than I thought it would be. Fit fine anyway and would recommend unless you need a larger size for your tank.

Good Product
I'm very happy with the look and fit of this Tank Pad. I installed it in cold weather (I warmed the tank before installing), and it shows no signs of peeling. Read the installation instructions carefully... not only are they entertaining (the interpreter did not have a "Good" grasp of the English language), but failure to follow the instructions will void the warranty. Overall, I'd have to say that it was a good purchase.

Orbital Style - Yamaha Tank Pad
I purchased the carbon fiber white racing tank pad for my 2008 Yamaha FZ6. The graphics and Yamaha logo are excellent. The pad is real easy to install and doesn't try to come loose afterwards. My only reservation was that, in my opinion at first, the carbon fiber white pad didn't appear to match the Yamaha blue tank on my bike. However, I've grown use to the color of the pad and it looks fine. However, if you have a blue tank you may want to go with black or clear. Overall, the pad is high quality, looks good, easy to install, and doesn't try to come loose later. I recommend this pad.
