I put a set of these on my little GS500. Best set of tires I've ever had. Super sticky compared to my old Macadam's

I have used this tire on two different sport bikes from the 80's. The fronts I purchased both grip very well in wet or dry conditions and improved both initial turn in and braking confidence. A great tire for older bikes and strongly recommended for sport touring. In my opinion this tire is superior to the Bt-45 especially in the areas of durability and handling.

Nice but wears quickly
Bought a set of these for my k75. Much better handling than most tires. However, after 3500 miles the rear is showing substantial wear. I have one more 2000+mile trip coming up after which I'm sure the rear will be history. Also, despite what the claims say, they totally suck in the rain. Much better tires out there for the money.

Tire sticks like glue, wet or dry. Looks good, rides good, handles great, no vices, wears fairly fast 5500 miles. Beginning to flatten at 4,000 miles and is gone by 5500. My second set. Will try Dunlop D607 or Bridgestone BT45 next.

Tire Wear
This tire sticks like glue wet or dry but with 3100 miles it's down to the wear limit. Used on a BMW F650 GS so it wasn't the power wearing it out. Going to have to find another tire for the street. The Anakees I took off at 6300 miles still had another 1500 miles left.

I'll run this tire till my wheels fall off...
I love these tires, I prefer them over the Dunlop 501's any day, and have found no Continental to compare. After warm up, using these tires allows my 1982 GS1100E (stage 3 Jets, Pods, Header and D&D can) to keep up with my 2002 ZRX1200R through corners, I have Pirelli Diablo's on it. They transition side to side smooth and fluid and hold at lean angles a 130 tire should never see. I can confidently drag pegs through most slaloms. I highly recommend this tire. One of the guys I ride with runs them on his 1985 Fazer 750(5 Valve) and on our blasts he has no trouble keeping up with 600RR's, GSXr 6's and R6's through the corners, although to see him ride is death defying.

Wonderful Tire
Be careful, this tire is more slippery new than other tires I've owned. Once it's been worn in, it works great. The fit is ranked down because the factory 130/80-18 size isn't available so I had to go with 140/70-18.

Rear Tire
Tire works well on bike. Good treat pattern; no tracking with cuts in the road. Would purchase next time.
