Pirelli - Diablo Strada

Good tire. I wish they would last a bit longer for street riding, but good all around tire and still enough confidence in them for the twisties.

Excellent Tire

Had this on for just over 3k miles now, gotta say this has to be the best tire I’ve ever ridden on thus far, excellent grip in corners, really holds a line well. Tread is so deep on this tire that it will probably last me another 4k miles before I need to start thinking about getting a new tire. Excellent tire, get this.

strada's

I tried other tires all top brands, on my k1200rs, i push this bike really hard on corners wet and dry, this is the only tire i totally trust at speed, i only get about 4000 miles out of them but its a safe. i probably had 10 sets on this bike, well tested to the extreme!!!

Awesome Tire!!!!

Sticks like glue right out of the box. I ride a ZX-11 and it is very picky about rubber. Cold, wet roads, crosswalk lines, manhole covers require very little attention to traction with this tire. FEELS like a larger contact patch than other tires I've used, I haven't been able to confirm this, it's just a feeling of surefootedness this tire gives me. I think I have found my new favorite tire. I used Michelin Pilots before this and they required a longer warm up time.

One of the best street tires for sport bikes

I discovered this tire while working as a motorcycle messenger in Los Angeles. I finally decided to treat myself to a brand new out of the box motorcycle--a Suzuki SV650, and when it came time to replace the original Dunlop, I was looking for something that would stick to the road a little better--especially in construction zones. A fellow messenger who also had an SV was running Michelins on his bike, but the owner of the shop where I bought tires said the Pirelli Strada was a better tire, and a few bucks cheaper. Immediately after replacing the rear tire, I could fell a huge difference. As a messenger, you're doing a lot of point and shoot riding in heavy traffic on surfaces in different states of (dis)repair, and the Strada bit down on the road like a pit bull. The tread life is OK, for a sport bike. I get about 11K miles, which doesn't seem so bad, now that I am no longer riding 150 miles a day. (Also, I'm taking it a little easier on my machine, so the tires may last a bit longer.) The Strada is the ideal tire for someone who uses a bike to get around town, but also wants a great tire to ride canyons, or take a trip across the country. The economy and performance can't be matched, and I simply will not put another tire on my bike.

pirelli..diablo strada works

love the tire and love to ride fairly hard and fast and gets about 2500miles..and doesn’t break the bank..2nd year using this tire and being a stuntman for movies it hasn’t let me down. always back home safe to my family at the end of a ride and upcoming jobs being in one piece.

strada

I run this tire on a Buell Uly. I ride two-up nearly 100% of the time. I regularly check pressures. I like to corner but would not consider myself a "speed guy". I put 9700 miles on the last one and hope to do the same on this one.

Pleased

I have a Honda 919 and have tried the pilot road on the rear it wore very well but the Diablo strada wore very well also and I felt more in control. I ride moderately hard and still got 8500 miles out of my first one. I'm very pleased with my strada performance and also think it looks great on my 919!!
