David Collingwood,  MI 15,000 life span Great tire for sport touring, can get 16000 miles out of front, but then you are riding completely bald and with the grace of God. Below the wear bars riding in rain is real iffy.Change at or before wear bars are level with tread.

Jim Wonder Lake,  IL Zero Degrees is right! This is my 5th set of Metzeler's on my ST1100. The mileage isn't so great (5000 mi), but the grip is excellent! And even better is the feel of the bike with these tires. With the zero degree carcass, you can lean the bike at any angle, and it stays there. No dropping in or dipping too low, or fighting to keep it down. Makes the bike feel like a fighter jet.

Howie Holland,  MI As far as I know these tires are great. Installed on a 99 BMW K1200 RS. I have total confidence that these tires will stick for the purpose of my riding style. I don't have enough experience to compare to other tires. I hope to get over 6K out of them. Time will tell. 3 were recorded as it is too early to tell.

Dave Rice Austin,  TX Roadtec Z6 This was a very good deal on a great tire. I cannot comment on wet traction because I have not ridden in the rain and we shall see on tread life, so far so good. Very prompt delivery and very happy with the experience.

Lance Orick,  CA MeZ6 Tires These are the only tires I've run on my BMW R1150RT and I've been pretty happy with them. I've gotten between 8,000 and 12,000 miles on them, but of course, I wish I could get more. I put a lot of miles on my bike and I don't foresee me getting a different tire in the future.

Jon Karmazyn Allentown ,  PA Great Value! I had some dry rot cracks in my stock tire so I decided to upgrade to this Metz. Did a 400 mile trip to the shore the week after it was installed and it handled great. Has good grip and feels solid. Can't beat the tire for the price. Only have about 900 miles on it so far but it looks like it will have a good lifespan to it.

John Beaverton,  OR Z6 & ST1100 I have only put a 1,000 miles on these Metzelers and they are superior to the Dunlops that came on the bike. I have not ridden in the rain and have no idea how long they will last.

Lorn VanSteenbergh Oklahoma City,  OK These tires ROCK! The tires make you feel like the bike is glued to the road. I only wish they would last longer I got around 8000 miles on the first pair but should have changed them out quicker. However, if the trade off is around 3000 extra miles on the harder compound Dunlop’s that came on my Honda ST1300 vs the softer more gripie compound of the Metzeler’s I will gladly trade those miles off for better control. Just my humble opinion though.

Paul Painchaud Marlborough,  NH Love the Metzeler Z6 I installed a pair of these tires and the difference in handling on my ST1300 was incredible. I have now ridden with them for a couple of months and have never had a lack of confidence in these tires. I’m now on a second rear Z6. That part brings me to the down side. 6,000 miles on the rear is about it for me. I’d like to get a few more miles but will continue to use the Metzeler Z6 tires because of the improved handling

Brian Bayliss Windham,  ME Mettzler Z6 Excellent front tire for the money. High mileage /great traction & good looking. Soon to purchase a rear, just wish the rear had a bit more tread in the center for braking. It's easy to lock up the rear end with this tire, especially in wet conditions. Front is much better.
