This is the second rear Metzeler tire that I have put on a GL1100 and I love them. Great tire. Will add a front Metzeler in the next few weeks.

Metzeler - Lasertec Bias Sport Touring Rear Tire 130/80 17
This bias tire should have been the original equipment instead of the radial on the rear of Triumph Bonneville / T100s. Good match to the bias front Metzeler. Have not yet ridden with it in the rain, and too few miles to determine tread life.

Fine, versatile skins
I bought a pair of Lasertecs to replace a set that served me well for 10K miles on my K75s BMW. After mounting and balancing, I was pleased to find them so responsive and sticky without any break-in. The last set never gave me any surprises and always felt anchored, no matter how I pushed them. I might get a set for my other bike. They appeared on my front porch a few days after my order.

Great Tires
Great tires. Just got them installed on my 1981 Yamaha XJ550. Ride is smooth and tires do an excellent job gripping the road.

Lazertech Rear Tire Review
I don,t have it installed yet, but it will be on for the 2006 riding season. It looks great and am looking forward to trying it on my 1982 R100T.
