After 900 miles in which a round trip to Daytona in one day (458miles) are included; I find these tires very stable, grippy and great feedback felt at wet and dry conditions. A definite improvement from the first generation and those were great and got great mileage.

The RS II's are great all-around tires for sport touring. I have 5300 miles on the set. Front looks almost new. Rear is flat spotted on the center track about 1-1/2 inches wide, but it is what I would expect for 5300 miles in Mobile. Wet traction is second to none. Deep lean angles in the corner are no problem and traction is great. Stability is good and turn-in is light and predictable. They track well through a corner holding a true line with no tip-in tendencies.

Changed from Diablos on my GSXR to a pair of these after doing lots of reading on decent tires for the long wet and cold Vancouver winter. Done 1,000 km on them so far and WOW what a difference. So much more stability in wet and slippery conditions. They don't track at all over grooves in the road, and whereas my old Pirellis used to let you know about every line or overbanding you came across, these Dunlops cruise over them with no charge in course or feedback. They really are incredible.

They seem to have a good tread pattern and are very stable in straight line riding. They turn in late and don't seem to give a confident feeling in the twisty stuff. Actually the wet weather traction had a better feeling than the unpredictable dry feeling. These were a big disappointment and the mileage I got out of them was 5,600 miles and the wear bars are even with the tread. Haven't seen any reviews stating good tread life?

I mounted this on my '03 Z1000 in the hopes it would last longer than my Sportmax Qualifier did. It has been wearing well so far but I've only put 500 miles on it. The traction seems as good as my old Sportmax Qualifier was. Overall I like the tire a lot. We will see how long it lasts.

Ride a 2011 BMW R1200RT, one up and somewhat aggressively. Compared to my previous Bridgestone and Dumlop Sportmax tires, these have better wet traction and tread life. In all other categories, the Sportmax is better. Have been riding on some fairly twisty roads in WV and PA, but majority of my riding is flat, straight and boring, so they are flat spotting in the center, but not as bad as the other tires I've tried. Had expected a bit better with this. Will try Michelin next.

No visible wear so far. I ride an Honda RC51 and have used Dunlop's SportMax II the last 2 seasons and loved that tire. As my trips are getting longer and more often I wanted a tire that could delivery close to the same performance but better wet traction and tread life. Not only did I get that but the RoadSmart seems to have fixed some of the deficiencies in the RC51 rear stock shock. The ride is considerably better, dare I say plush!!!. AA+ Dunlop.

Best wear pattern on any tire i've used - close to 100K on FJR - tried everything out there, multiple sets - NO flat center - excellent grip during hard cornering - got 5,700 miles on rear - better than any other sport touring tire i've tried - same price as michelin pr2 and i like them better - my two cents

This new rear tire is perfectly matched to the front. What a great feeling set of tires! Excellent in rain or dry. Just did 1200 miles in the West Virginia mountains, in and out of rain every day and they never surprised me once. New tires always make your bike feel great but these tires are truly exceptional! 2000 miles so far and wear is minimal. I recommend these tires to everyone who wants to improve the handling of their bike,
