Bridgestone BT-023GT Front
Replaced the BT-021 front about 500 miles ago. First impressions. Much better turn in and stability in the turn. Traction in dry and wet, mostly wet so far in the Seattle area is good. Wet traction seems better than the BT-021 it came with. Can't judge the wear yet but I will be happy if I get more than the 7200 I got out of the original. Original BT-021 looks good for another 3000 - 4000 miles but I expect wear to increase rapidly during the remaining life.

BT-023 GT for Concours 14
Perfect for the heavier front end on Concours 14 - made a significant difference in handling of my Concours (previous tires were BT-021's). Only put 2,000 km on new rubber so can't really judge on durability. Previous BT-021 front lasted about 12,000km and was very good but affected by heavy front weight of this motorcycle. So far seems ride comfort and handling enhanced by BT-023 - STICKY!! :)

BT 023 GT front
I purchase a set of BT023 GT tires for my FJR1300 for a long trip to Alaska from San Diego. (Read the rear tire review also) I wanted tires that would last me for the whole trip without having to replace them half way. I was able to put 8500 miles on the from tire (VS7100 on the rear) and it still has less than 500 to go. For the last 2500 miles, this tire deformed in the center, although not as bad as the rear one, making it unstable in the corners. It lost the round shape and now it's more flat in the center. I put usually 6000 miles on a tire, so I'm satisfied with the thread life of this one (main reason why I purchased them in the first place).

Best tire ever for R1200RT
I have 8000 miles on my first pair of these and they look like they have 4000 more miles left in them! I am going to get close to 12K on this set and I am thrilled!

I love these tires
I have an FJR1300 and have gone through many different tires trying to find a set that will do everything. I believe I have found them. The BT023GT's have excellent grip wet or dry, in straights or corners. I ride with sport bikes and corner pretty hard, these tire give great feedback and inspire confidence. Foreign object recovery time (the amount of time required to recover from a slide from running over a stick or rock) is excellent also, even in the wet. The 023GT's balance out nicely and are smooth at all speeds. At 2200 miles on the tires at this point they are smooth with no cupping and no wear showing. I believe Bridgestone has made the perfect tires for me.

comments on bt 23-GT frt. tire
I have put on approx. 500+ miles on the front tire. So far I really like the performance of this tire. My last frt. tire was the bt-21 I like this BT-23gt better on cornering. I will buy more as long as the tread life continues to improve.

A must for Concours 14
This tire is a significant improvement over the original BT-021. The tire being rated GT for the c-14 has reduced the jolting from the front end and gives it a more solid footing. The tread depth is noticeable, which should give it the claimed 30 % more tread life. Front-end dives into turns a lot quicker and smoother. Only had a ten minute stint with rain so. Seems a little more responsive with braking...

Solid Tire
I have a pair of these on my FJR1300. The ride is nice, they were great in the rain and they seem to stick well. I haven't had a chance to get real aggressive yet but they feel good.

Bridgestone Outdoes Theirselves Again!
Sweet tire for Sport-touring enthusiasts. Provides for good stability while cornering. Excellent traction in dry or wet conditions. Though I've not had this tire mounted long it seems to be wearing normally. I will update after 4K miles. All vibrations I was experiencing through the handlebars are now gone with the addition of this tire. Replaced BT021, OEM for fjr1300.
