This is the second set of Spitfire's I've had on my 1985 XV1000 Virago. The look is correct for the bike and they handle and wear very well. I can't speak for wet traction, as I never ride in the rain. I got years of service from the last set, and I expect the same from these.

I have put these tires on the last two bikes I've owned, you couldn’t ask for a better tire for sport/touring. They ride smooth, handle very well and have great traction wet or dry and not to mention about the only white lettered tires on the market. And for Motorcycle Superstore they have the fast'est shipping .... BAR NONE!!!

Mounted on my new 1977 CB750. I have only put about 400 miles of mixed highway and city time on them so I have had no real time to decide but so far they feel fairly comfortable. I have noticed that for me I feel more confident with a little more tire pressure up front than Honda recommended. I have nothing to compare my tire pressure preference to as the previous tires were unsafe and too dry-rotted to drive on. I'm happy so far.
