Wayne Red Lion,  PA Excellent tire After a 2up 799 mile trip this weekend, these will be the only tires I buy. Rode in the rain most of the trip, some VERY heavy. On the wet highway and twisty's, these tires far exceeded my expectations. I really like the way you can "feel" the rode with these tires, wet or dry. 1500 miles on these tires and they look like they were just installed. My previous front tires started to "step" at this point. I'm looking forward to many more miles on these tires.

Wayne Red Lion,  PA So far, no complaints. Have about 500 miles on these so far. I'm hoping I get better tread wear than the Bridgestone and Dunlap tires. The Metzeler's have a really good feel. Hit a little rain and they seem to stick OK, not enough rain to really try them out. I'm planning a 7oo mile 2up ride this weekend on my FJR. We'll see how they do. I put the Wet Traction and Tread life in the middle, I'm sure they'll be 5's by my next review.

Dave Harrisburg,  OR Stable on the 1200RT I've only had these on the 1200RT for a little over 1k, so far it's been a great tire. I had a set of the previous generation on my 1150R and logged over 7500 miles at the time that I sold the bike and they were still going, I figured to clear 9k on those and hope to do as well with these. I replaced both the front and rear with Z6's and find that the tires are very neutral, they turn in nicely but require more input than the sport tires that I replaced. If they give me 7500 or more I'll stick with them.

KF Taylor lockeford,  CA Best in Class These are the best handling, confidence inspiring tires I've ever had, bar none in the sport touring class, and I've tried them all. Haven't experienced rain since they were installed, and don't know what how the tread wear will be. If they're as good as the standard Z-6, they will be good enough in that department! I rated wet traction and tread life as 5's because the brilliant programmers won't let you skate on any of the categories.
