Great tire
They may only last 3000 miles max but the grip and confidence are worth it. They corner like mad and are great on the track. I think you can't skimp on your life. So buy great tires

What a difference
I have an 06 Yamaha R6 that had stock tires on it when I moved and brought it with me to Italy. The roads here have marble and volcano rock mixed in, so it has a real shiny and slippery surface. I would have almost no grip at all when riding on my stock tires.
I felt an immediate difference riding back from the shop where I had them put on and even more so once I hit the mountains. These tires are awesome, I don't think they will last as long as a regular tire but that’s a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

I wish I installed these 2 years ago. The first hard turn I took scared the snot out of me! The bike leaned in with very little effort. I love the way my cbr 1000 reacts in the corners.
