These tires are great for the price. I am on my 2nd set, they stick great in the turns and on wet roads as well.

Overall a great tire!!!
I purchased the 005 rear tire, it grips like any expensive tire, corners well, handles high speeds well, just like the pilot power and other expensive tires, will purchase again!!!

I've been a using 005 for a while now. This is my 4th 005 and installed it on 3 different bikes. Right now its installed in cbr1000 (200X17). Before it had dunlop qualifier but it wore out too quickly. Cost is way cheaper than dunlop and performance is on par.

Good stuff.
Yea, it’s not a race tire, but you can comfortably drag knee with it. At the price point I believe it’s one of the best general purpose tires. I've done about 75% commuting and 25% terrorizing the streets on an 03 R1.. Tire still looks new at about 1k~ish miles. Hope this helps some of you..-From the rainy northwest..(Well it’s been nice this summer :D)

Even good on the track
I recently purchased a set of these before a random track day at PIR and found them to be satisfactory; especially for a street tire. I have rode many other tracks and tires (mostly take offs) and found these to hold up nicely after a good-long warm up and scuffing. I would not recommend them as a race tire, but if they held that good on the track, they are doing something right.

Impressed by this tire
Have already ridden this tire in the wet and it hooks up better than the Dunlop Qualifier I replaced it with. Not as sticky as the Dunlop in the dry, but a good tire for the street. I'm running it on a 650 so I'm not spinning it up too much exiting turns etc. It does slide around more during downshifting and braking and reminds me of the stock Bridgestone that came on my bike in that regard. Have not gotten it out on the track yet to really push it, but for the street it I'm happy with this choice.

Great Tire
Tire is on an 02 FZ1, about 6mns and 2500miles. Good wear so far. I consider myself an average rider. I have a tenancy to take off hard. This tire has never slipped on a corner or a take off, ever. I only ride in the rain if I get caught in it, which hasn't been since I put this tire on. I mounted the tire, then had it balanced, I was surprised that it only took 1/8oz, even the guy at the shop was surprised. Handles well, very smooth, corners easily. I haven't noticed needing more effort to corner, I'm also 6' and 195, so maybe if I was a smaller rider then I would notice it more. I intend to continue with the same tire when this one wears out.

Only 1 month in... so far so good
I have only had the tire about a month... the fit was fine and the tread design is pretty cool. As for functionality... warm weather riding seems good. Corners well and seems to stick well once the tire gets warm. Friends who ride behind me haven't complained about the tire throwing rocks at them either so that’s good (those of you who ride behind friends with scrubs know what I'm talking about). I can't say anything about tread life or wear yet but I hope it holds up. Overall if you’re looking for a good tire at a reasonable price go for it. I would buy this one over the overpriced OEM tires any day.
