So far so good
Seems like I just go these tires a few weeks ago. Already have over 5000 miles and doesn't show much wear. I'm very happy with the ride quality, cornering, stability, and traction in dry and wet. Good tire. Not very easy to mount, requires a lot of muscle to pop it onto the rim but once it's on it ain't coming off.

Pilot Road Front Tire
I go through tire fast and I ride my bike to work and for fun so I wanted to put some tires on that would last a while longer. The compound in this tire is harder so you will get more miles out of it and the deep tread will give you traction during the time you get caught in the rain. I am running these on my 08 YZFR1 and they are great.

Pilot Road on BMW R1200RT One month in.
Replaced original equipment Bridgestone Battlax with this tire. Got 6700 miles on Bridgestones. So far I like the feel of the Pilot Roads. They feel very planted and are great at speed. I'm getting a bit of whine at 30 to 40mph but it’s not really bothersome. Can't answer as to tread wear or wet traction

Road Pilot
I just got the tires the day before I rode from NYC to Ocean City MD. The tires were smooth and gripped well. I also rode this past weekend during the rain here in NYC and they just about gripped as well as if it were dry. I was doing about 70 on the Major Deegan to my surprise and no slip at all. Nice tires recommend by another member of my bike club.

Good commute tire
I commute 60 miles/day on the original pilot roads. If you're looking for a high-speed cornering tire these aren't for you. But if you need a high-mileage tire for long stretches of highway the pilot roads are hard to beat for the price. I got 20k on the front and 18k on the rear. I would definitely buy again for the commute bike.

I installed my first Pilot road front tire about a month ago, approx. 1000 miles on it so far. I don't have any input on tread life or wet road conditions however I would expect great results according to surveys I have read on this web site. I also found that Motorcycle Superstore Had the best price by far that I found.

Michelin - Pilot Road Front Tire
This tire is awesome. I had the rear wheel previously and it was working great and now that I got the complete set it feels amazing. There is a lot of confidence in the cornering and I was amazed how low I got even though I am a beginner. I have no wet road experience and I haven't had to replace it yet so no idea on the tread life but looking forward to not worrying about it for awhile.

Mich pilot road oughta be good for another 10K miles or so
This is the second Pilot Road I've put on, and I expect to get at least 10K miles from it too. I do a fair amount of commuter miles, though I do get some anti-chicken-strip riding now and then. Currently they are about 3/4” front, 1/4” rear (also a MPR, with about 10K on it and it's time for another one). Just wish I could spend more miles not on the center of the tire is all. Following cages through the mountains at half the speed limit sucks ya know.

I ride BMW 1150RT and I am at the end of my 2nd set on this bike. I got 17000 miles on the 1st set, and 18000 miles on this set, and I still have enough tread to last another 1000 miles... this is an absolutely fantastic tire. I recommend it highly.

Pilot Road Front Tire
This is a great tire. I've had in on my Buell M2 Cyclone for about 4 weeks and have noticed a huge amount of difference in control, even in the rainy days of Michigan. Would recommend this tire to anyone.

I have gone through about 4 sets of these on my BMW R1100RT and they work great. Lots of commuting with weekend sidetrips and vacations. I get between 14,000 and 16,000 miles on a set and they have never let me down.

Pilot Road front tire
This is the SECOND set on my Buell XB12R. All I can say is they are the BEST tires, period. AWESOME mileage from the tires (at least 14K on them), held tight in the dry, wet, and even ice and snow.

Michelin Pilot Roads

I replaced my front Dunlop with the Michelin Road and the mileage on it looks like it is going to be great. It definitely sticks to the ground in the heat. Great turning even when wet.

Immediately better handling than my bt020's, of course they were worn out. I think I may get good mileage from these tires in the Miami heat and they handle and grip well also on my 1200 bandit. Michelin makes a great tire!

pilot Road rear tire
Yes, I really do have 14,506 miles on this original rear tire with tread left. I ride 60 miles each day on all surfaces at all speeds low and high,. I will definitely buy another pretty soon and one for the front. Grip real well, corner without slipping.

Pilot Road Tire
This is by far the best tire yet for my BMW R1100RT. I tried a few others, but this grips better and lasts longer. There was no slipping in the corners whatsoever. I'm looking forward to putting on my new set soon.

Pilot road tire
It seems to be a very good tire. Softer than the bridgestones I had. Sticks to the road very well. How it holds up mileage wise, only time will tell.
