Product Description
  • This is the Power Race Soft compound which features a single soft compound overall, no dual compound
  • Also available in 2CT Medium-Soft and 2CT Medium compounds which feature an intermediate center section and a softer compound shoulder
  • All compounds were originally developed for MotoGP racing
  • Excellent high speed stability thanks to carcass construction made up of two angled polyester plies and a zero-degree Aramid belt
  • Semi-slick tread pattern to maximize the contact patch especially at full lean, and increase stability of the tread
  • Tread grooves are oriented to evacuate water from the contact patch in damp track conditions
  • Rounded front profile and sharper rear profile actually help shift weight of the bike toward the front for improved front end feedback under braking - this also minimizes the need for adjusting suspension settings
  • W-rated for speeds up to 168 mph

paul phx,  AZ tire the 2ct's are a blast I am grinding the pegs on a 2009 fz1 I have 14k on the front "needs a new one" and 7k on the 2 back tires I will buy a new set this weekend.

KT PFLUGERVILLE,  TX Power Race Tires I have used 3 sets of these now and I am impressed with the feel and over all performance of the tire. It takes a few minutes for the tire to warm up but once warmed, they offer a ton of grip. Like all sport bike riders, I just wish they would offer up a little more mileage. I guess I really can't complain getting 3,000 miles out of a "race" tire.

nate powell,  WY Great tires These tires are the best dot approved tires I’ve run on my KTM. I switched to Dunlop qualifiers for a test and there was no comparison. Turn in feels numb and dull on the Dunlops, requiring a lot more effort to get around the track. Get them good and warm or they will cold shear. They do wear fast, but tractions at a premium, ya know. They won't be coming off my Marchesini's anytime soon.
