Great tires, awesome grip.
Replaced stock tires on my GSXR 600 '04. The difference is amazing with the grip on the new tires. More confidence on the road with softer tires. Would definitely stick to Michelin PP tires from here on.

Pilot power is a great all around tire
Second one of these I've had on my SV, great all around tire, whether it's in the hills, commuting, or trackdays I've always been happy and impressed with this tire in all categories. I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to buy them.

Very good tire for handling & grip wet / dry. Is a soft tire and goes away in about 3800 - 4000 miles on my speed triple.

Sticky one....
I have had the Pilot Power for only a couple of weeks, on the rear wheel of my BMW R1100S. The tire does very good overall. I have not had the chance to ride it under rain yet and thus cannot comment on its performances. On the dry, it takes about 3 to 4 miles to warm up (Cold pressure 33psi) but when it is warm, it really sticks. There are occasions when I had to downshift (6 to 5) to maintain the same speed as the rear wheel seems to be glued to the pavement, on highways. Unfortunately, my commute does not involve too many curves besides a few access ramps that you can take very fast and in good confidence. I had Pilot Sport tires before, which was an overall excellent tire (they don't do it in the required size anymore) and thus switched to the Pilot Power. Different tires for sure, but I have rarely seen something that sticky....

Michelin - Pilot Power Rear
I needed a back tire for my '01 ZX9R. It had mismatched tires on the bike, purchased in July, Michelin Pilot Power on front and Dunlop 180 was on the rear. I wanted to go up to the 190 size and match the tires so I went with the Michelin Pilot Power. First of all, ordering and shipping were easy and very quick, only took 4 days. The tire made a huge difference in handling and it does provide excellent grip when really getting into corners, sometimes way above speed limit. I also ride it to work 2-3 days out of the week and it handles excellent on wet roads as well. I have already put 1000+ miles on it and the tread still looks awesome. Definitely recommend this tire.

great tire for riders how like to lean
I have front and rear Pilot Powers on my 06 Yamaha R6. I only had them for about 300 miles so far, so as far as stability I don’t know, but I will ride them until I see wires. I ride in all weather situations and these tires are awesome in the rain, no slipping at all. I feel really comfortable riding with Pilot Powers on my bike.

I had these tires on before I bought new ones, the tread life is great, and they allow for really good handling in dry conditions, on the wet road, they stick but I wouldn’t try taking turns extremely fast. Overall a great tire two thumbs up!!

Having this tire on the rear of my ZX14 is like having velcro in the curves of the Dragon. The stability and cornering capabilities are far superior to the OEM tires supplied on the bike. The power of the bike is fully transmitted to the road with no spin or slip.
I fully recommend this tire to anyone riding a super sport bike. It gives you that added sense of security in the corners and at +150 mph runs.

These are the best tires
You want tires that get stickyyy and hook up. This is it. I had Dunlop 208 GP tires but they wear too quick. These tires are no joke, bad ass. My R6 rips in the turns and you can lean them low till your peg scrapes. A must have tire!!!!

I have put nearly 40,000 miles on Pilot Power tires, all on a Hayabusa. These tires give great traction and have a very nimble feel to them. They wear very well for a tire of this type. I have run over 6,000 miles on a few rear tires, when running mostly interstate miles on long trips. When punishing these tires, they wear faster, but still better than any tire of this type I have tried.

To whom it may concern
I would just like to take this time and let all of you at Motorcycle Superstore how much I enjoy shopping with you. I just placed only my second order with you guys (wish there were more, thanks Wall Street haha). I ordered a Michelin Pilot Power rear tire for my DRZ400SM and just got it mounted today. So far, it seems like a great tire but this email is directed more towards the outstanding job everyone at this company is doing. I have had a few extremely poor customer service experiences lately with other motorcycle supply companies. It really irritates me that these companies still do not show the kind of customer service it takes to keep customers while the economy is in the dumps like it is. Again, outstanding job, great prices, and keep up the good work!

Great tire. Good braking feedback. Good cornering traction. I'm about a 1/2 to 3/4 inch chicken strip guy. Your results may vary. Tire lasted about 3000 miles. Haven't tried the 2CT yet. Tires were great for the occasional track day.

Excellent tire - for playing or really leaning into those curves. I am no race track goer but this tire has helped me do corners I would not dare with other tires. Forget wet traction - I don't even trust my bike when it is going in a straight line when it's wet..! Tread life - so, so...give it 6,000 miles - that's it.

Great tire!
This tire is really soft and holds the road good. They’re really predictable, I’ve pushed them to they’re limit. For example I went into a corner hot and eased on the throttle a bit too soon. The rear slid out three to four inches but gave plenty of time for me to react and correct. i.e. when they break traction its very recoverable (newbies careful with that statement)! I’ve ridden in rain a few times and I didn’t feel confident on 'em. They slid pretty easy and I wouldn’t go near the claimed 40 degrees or whatever! Another time I hydro planed in a straight line at 110mph, they handled that well. Basically the best you can buy for dry weather but wet... don’t go out! Buy these! Yamaha R1, 190/70zr17

Massive Improvement
Riding on an EX 500 is not a glamorous thing, especially with the stock tires. So, after wearing them out I switched to a 150/60/17 (slightly oversized) rear tire for my ride. The improved handling and cornering characteristics of this tire almost made my bike seem sexy.... Heck of a good tire, would recommend to anyone who wants a great tire at a good price

Awesome tire-Great Price
This tire was about $80 cheaper from MSS than my local cycle shops, which drew me initially. It rides great, handles great, looks great and just awesome overall. It's been cold here so I haven't had much of a chance to get caught in the rain, or know what kind of tread life it has, which is why I did not give a rating.

Michelin - Pilot Power Rear Tire
This tire was factory installed on my 2006 YZFR6 when purchased in Germany, I think it provides great stability and awesome cornering in dry conditions. I do not ride in the rain but have been caught in it. But being that the tread on this tire is the carcuse it will only last for about 3000 miles before you start to see the threads down the center of the tire. But for only 154.00 dollars from the Motorcycle Superstore it works for me.

Exceptional, Here is why.
This tire goes above and beyond what your bike can do, at least within sanity. The price is steep, but for its track like performance and compared to other places can easily be 2x the price. My local shop was $330.00 (rear) + Install. I researched for 3 months before I bought my first pair, and I now have went through 3 sets (over 30k and two bikes) and as long as they are in existence, I will use these tires. I rate these 10/10. The competition is wide, but hardly comparable. These are warm in about 2 minutes at 50 degrees f. Super sticky, hardly skid, in fact these tires alone have prevented me from becoming a stain on a bumper. The Diablo's are good, but I don’t think they corner as well as the Pilot's. The Diablo’s seem to wear a lot faster as well. I had the qualifiers on for a bit on my other bike and rode for 3k miles and then switched to the Pilots and wow, the difference, ride was smoother and seem to grip right out of the box. I generally get about 8k miles, and I ride hard. I do recommend riding gently for first 100 miles or so to wear off the slick compound they have for pulling out of the mold. I know choosing tires seems like a hard decision, this tire will NOT disappoint in any area. I ride HARD around town and occasional track. Never laid over and been without these tires. Even if you are a weekend rider you can get 15k easy out of them. Do yourself a favor, invest in the best, and get pilots.

Amazing Tires
I put a set of these on my Kawasaki Z1000 and it's a whole new bike. The lean these tires allow is incredible. I feel much more confident going into corners. I haven't had to ride with them in wet weather yet, but I imagine they will be much better than my old set. I also can't speak to how long the tread life is. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

Awesome set of wheels
I've used Michelin Pilot Powers for my 04' Hayabusa and have had nothing but outstanding performance from them. Cornering is excellent considering the heaviness of the Busa and the tires heat up right away. I've had the same set of tires for the last two years and still have good tread on both front and rear. I recommend the Pilot Powers to any rider who pushes his/her motorcycle to the limit.

A great tire...
I have a 06 Gixxer 750 and finished the stock set of tires off pretty quick. I then switch to the P.P. because I had heard and read good things about and them, and I love them. They have outstanding tread life, I ride in NorCal where the roads are crap, and so far I have gotten about 5,200 miles out of them and that’s with commuting everyday as well. I take them through the hills up here and while the traction isn’t the best, it’s better than the 014's. They also hold pretty well in the rain, I never worried too much about painted lines and oil too much, they hold a good wet line, overall an awesome tire!

I will say this is a great tire compared with my previous Dunlops. A great tire if you like straight line speed. It provides great traction but overall handling and feedback I would say stick with the Pirelli Diablo Corsa. It’s a much better tire for handling and will provide you with confident fun in the turns. I do like this tire for the looks and hard launches but when I go out to carve turns I would say Pirelli hands down.

The Best
Lasts longer than dun-flops and hold better heat up better and stay sticky. This is what I use on my 04 RC51, I can get the front tire up before i'm out of the turn and i can drag my knee with this tire without any loss of confidence. I even drag raced at the end of it's life and it stuck to the track getting me a 11.66 1/4 mile @ 121.01 mph. I used to use dunlops and now i will never go back!

Love this tire. The Dunlop I have always used in the past can not handle the low end torque of my Buell X1 but it made for some cool power slides out of turns. I tried to power slide the other day on the pilot and came out of the corner on one wheel. I thought that was cool because I have tried to do that before on the Dunlop and could not at that angle. This is the perfect tire for those who like to do wheel stands front and rear.

Good grip
I use this tire for a SuperMoto where traction is a must. The tire heats up quick, maintains that heat and has great grip. The tire is the softest rubber out there, perfect for the track & anyone who is constantly leaning to the edge. I totally Recommend it... just buy two since they wont last too long if you ride like me!!!

This tire really makes the R1 handle like it should!! One of the best tires that I have used on the R1. Far surpass the stock tires. Before it was hard to keep the back tire from breaking lose and spinning like crazy. Now I can really hold the corners and keep the back end behind me. They should be the stock tires for all bikes. Might save alot of low sides. Take note: Dealers use some thing good on your leader bikes.

The Pilot Power rear tire has plenty of grip, heats up fairly quick, good feedback, turn in quick, and came with the best price I could find! I've been running Bridgestone BT010's and some Pilot Roads, both of which I like... the Pilot Power seems to have better grip and turn in like mad!
