Metzeler Sportec M3
This is my second set (front and rear) on my heavy bike (Hayabusa) and since I got my first rear tire I noticed this tire doesn’t give up on the Busa like Pilot or Bridgestones. For any Busa and powerful bike owner I really recommend this tire. I also notice that if you keep this tire at 42 PSI (regularly like weekly which it works for me on my suspension) it lasts more than 7,000 miles on rear and 14,000 on front. Kudos to the Germans for creating such an awesome tire that lasts, grips (especially on heavy rain days in Miami and awesome stability). I used my bike 7 days a week and I will never buy any other model for this bike. Also think it will be awesome for Supermoto users.

The Metzeler Sportec M3 is a terrific tire.
I have an '02 Honda CBR1100XX and had been running Pirelli Diablo Strada's on the rear on either reg. Diablos or Corsa III's on the front. I really like that combination. I didn't think the M3's would be as good, but they feel much better in many ways. I trust these tires completely. In corners they stick like glue. I just ran over a fencing nail after putting less than a thousand miles on the tires so I have a new rear M3 coming to replace it. For that reason, take my wet traction and tread life ratings with a grain of salt. I haven't really ridden with these tires in a decent rain and I always ride conservatively in the rain anyway. I don't expect the tread life on the rear to be as good as the Strada because it's a softer compound, but it seems to be wearing very well.

New to me
I’ll repost after I put some miles on them but I was so impressed with the lack of break in time that I had to write. These tires felt like they were made for the bike. No extreme attack angle on corners, no falling in (yet), I’ll go hit some twisties and felt you should know, great tire for the price, light weight, sticky, sexy look and good profile.

I bought my 1994 ZX-6 two years ago and the tires that came with it were awful. The back end was jumping around under fast acceleration, when stopping my back end would be sliding, it was scary being this was my first motorcycle ever. I honestly thought of giving up bike riding until a friend told me to try a different tire. I did some research and came up with M3 tires. These tires were the best thing that ever happen to me, no more slipping, stable as can be. As hard as I can twist the throttle these tires can handle it. I have now converted all my riding buddies to M3. Got 6500 mile on my rear tire and the front still looks new.

This is a good tire but the tread life can be better I have a gsxr 1000 and it eat tires like fat kids eat cakes , the P.P. ct2 is the only one so for that can take the power that the bike puts down . But at the right price I will by this tire again.

amazing piece of rubber
I’ve run dunlop and perelli tires before but I really like that fact that over all the other ones the metzlers have really fast warm-up time for a street tire and they are extremely sticky wont review the wet traction because well I live in the desert and it doesn’t really rain but I plan on buying this tire again def semper fi

Bought this tire for my 2004 R6, seems to be holding up just fine, have about 1000 miles on her. Holds the road very nicely, haven't had any grip problems. One kinda neat thing is that on the sidewall almost to the edge of the tire there are little running elephants hahahahh...gives you something to talk about when you’re just standing around lol. The ladies think they are cute, which is always a plus.
