Ok tire for a stock bike

This was the stock tire on my Kawi 636 zx6r, and I think they are a pretty stable tire. I have had them on there ever since I got the bike at 0 miles, and now I am looking to get them replaced after using them for 8000 mile. Never rode too hard with these tires. Once they got low on tread you can feel lots of sliding. It can be dangerous so I am out to get a new pair. But overall the tires have worked.

Pi%% Poor

I have a zx14 these tire came on the bike. The tire is a piece of garbage. I have 2500 miles on the bike and the wire is showing around the whole tire. If u are a serious rider get u a serious tire. I went with the Michelin pilot.

BT 014 - not for me

Cornering on this tire isn't stable on a ZX14 riding aggressively. IMO, it's good for upright riding and not fast twisties. The rear may slide at max lean over 90 mph.

Tire lasted less than a month

I can't believe another reviewer claims to get 6,000 miles out of this tire. You get what you pay for, and that is obviously true in this case. I ride only on weekends and probably put less than 2,000 miles on it. I put the tire on June 8. Today, July 6, I arrived back home to find the radial showing and the tire shot. I won't be buying another.

Great Summer Fun Tire

Loved this tire soon as I put it on. It sticks like glue with my 20 year old FZR600. I was hoping for a few more miles out of it, but I got about 4000 miles, probably over half in the twisties, one dragstrip pass. It’s really just a summer tire, in the wet the old tread design is kinda dated, it isn't amazing. But for my bike, it’s what this tire was made for, next time you FZR guys wanna try an interesting tire combo, try a 14 on the rear, and a pilot power on the front, its trippy.

so so,

This is a fine tire. Was on my 2010 zx-14. Tread wear is about as good as most out there, but here in charlotte, I can get a Michelin pilot power for 10 bucks less, and it seems to outperform this tire slightly. Overall not too shabby.

Bridgestone Battlax BT-014OEM an ok tire

This was a stock tire for my 09 ZX14. The only reason I bought this and not something else is that my front stock tire still has a lot of tread life left. This tire will not amaze you but it's a solid tire none the less. It's stable in the corners and seems to put down a decent footprint. The tread life is not long, I only got about 4K miles out of mine, but that's not bad considering its not a multi-compound tire and it's on a ZX14. Although this is a decent tire, the only way I'd buy it again is if I could get it for dirt cheap.

Tread Softly

This is the 5th or 6th set of Bridgestones I have put on my Triumph Daytona 955i. I get about 6-7000 miles out of the rear, and maybe 8,000 on the front. I ride about 75 miles a day on the freeways in the Bay Area, which are probably some of the most beat-up nasty roads in the western world, it is pathetic really, but that is another story...Anyway the Battlax is a reliable tire and deals with the 'off-road' type conditions very well. I have never had any wobbles at any speed but I feel that is as much to do with the design of my beloved black 955i triple! I think at the price these are the best value available. One thing I would caution is that they take a while to warm up so don't go cranking into any tight corners before they are nice and toasty!

BRIDGESTONE BATTLAX BT 014

I purchased both front and rear Bridgestone Battlax tires for my BMW and am very pleased. I was able to shop and compare tires with Motorcycle Superstore and the description given was just what I was looking for. They are a very smooth tire to ride on and perform very well. I hope to get good miles on them. The service was exceptional as well as delivery so thanks to all the depts that work together to do this.
