Bob Goodyear,  AZ Diablo Rosso Rear Tire I mounted the first Rosso on the rear of my 08' 1098S and just put a complete set on after 7500 hard one up and two up riding. The tire supports hard canyon and street riding with great traction at all angles of lean. My front was a Dragon and I really do not like it as much as the Rosso. Not as much feel as I get with the new front Rosso. Glad the front is every bit as good as the rear. Rosso just puts you in contact with the road and sticks like glue. No wet miles so not sure how the Rosso would work in the rain so rated it a 4 since there is no "not observed" rating. Just can't say enough about this tire. Probably could have gone another 500 miles but do not like to go down to the wear strips. The sides get good and sticky fast and stay that way. Great tires.

James Betker Marion,  OH Excellent tires Just got back from a 1500 mi trip down to the Tail of the Dragon in the Smokey Mountains. The tires were great, tons of grip and quick warm up time. They did get a little squarly in the little bit of rain but that was probably mostly the oil on the roads coming up from the light moisture.

Jeremy Seattle,  WA So So Just put the Rosso's on the front and rear of my Hypermotard. They seem to be good so far. Only have about 700 miles on them. They DO NOT hook up like the Corsa III's do when the temp. is below 70 deg. Last couple of weeks were really hot out here in the NW but the last couple of days it has been in the 60's. They just don't stick like the Corsa III's. In fact I am a little hesitant to stand on it coming out of corners. They were did save me money but I don't know that I would run them again.

Miles Cullowhee,  NC Rosso Front and Rear These are good tires. I don't ride as hard as a lot of sport bike riders, and I haven't seen an enormous difference between these and my old (OLD OLD OLD) Diablo T's because of my slow poking. I can say that the Rosso's are significantly softer and stickier than the Diablo Ts. I feel more secure on these and have not noticed any instability or unsettling feedback from the tires through corners. Trusting my bike is important to me, and I trust these tires. For the price, they're a great deal!

Charles Waco,  TX Pirelli Diablo Rosso Great tire. Cornering is perfect although there is still about an inch of virgin tire on the side because I can’t get low enough to touch it. I would literally have to put my knee on the ground to hit it and no leathers yet! Lean angle is great and haven’t had it break loose yet. In the rain this tire also performs well with nice traction. Don’t know about mileage yet only had it for a month and 300 miles but seems to be doing well. I had a Dunlop Qualifer before but this Pirelli is 100% different. Great buy!

Jeremy Seattle,  WA Not so sure Put both front & rear on my Hypermotard. They were great when the temp. Was up over 70 deg. Now the temp is down in the 60's and I have notice that they really do not stick. I had been running the Corsa III's up until this set and will go back to them on the next set. The rear end is VERY twitchy when coming out of a corner and getting on the gas. Yesterday I felt like I was on my dirt back as I came out of a corner with the ass end sliding. GLAD I ride dirt bikes or I would have got tossed. Corsa III's are the way to go.

jonathan sarasota,  FL Just great. Simply put, I have never had a negative thought about the rossos. I have really pushed these tires pretty far and I have had no problems doing so. What I like best about these tires is the fact that they communicate to the rider. You know when you are pushing the tires to their threshold. A slight wobble in the chassis lets you know that it’s time to lay off. I have had previous tires that were not as forgiving. Besides that, the tire's ability to grip the road is pretty nice too, even in the rain for the most part. Along with the tire's traction it also has a good contour. The shape of the tire really allows the rider to enter a turn very smoothly and quickly with almost no effort. Unfortunately because the tires are a softer compound, they wear out quickly in comparison to harder compound tires that of which you would find on a cruiser; but, that is the nature of the beast. Most of the riders in my group ride with pirelli tires. I personally can't wait to get my hands on Pirelli's higher tire model, the super corsa.

Curtis Taylorsville,  NC Rosso's are for Real!!!! I bought these tires after hearing nothing but good reviews from both friends and professional riders. I couldn't be happier with the ride and feel that these tires have delivered. Even though I've only put a little over 500 miles on them, I've had a chance to do 2 things that I haven't previously done on my R1. First, I got caught in the rain, (for the first time on said bike), and the handling was incredible. The bike remained calm in and out of the corners and seemed to be really effective at dispersing the water. Secondly, I was able to get my Knee-Down for the first time in my life on July 4th! Now, I don't know if it was because of the confidence that these tires instilled in me, or because my skill level and riding ability had just reached a new level but either way, I did it with Pirelli Diablo Rosso's fitted on my bike. Take a chance and try these tires. You won't be sorry and recommend em' to your friends afterwards. They'll thank you for it! My two previous tire types were Michelin Pilots and Bridgestone 002's and they are EXCELLENT tires, but I longed for better tread wear and on par grip, and this is why I made the switch to the Pirelli's. Unbeatable price and amazing grip...... THUMBS UP!! Thank YOU Motorcycle Superstore for delivering a great product, :)

tony rochester,  NY awesome tires These tires are sick. I would have given them 5's across the board but only have had ‘em for a month and can’t really rate the tread life. Only been out in the rain once with them but from what I can tell they perform very well. Installed on my heavily modded 07 ducati monster s2r these tires totally changed the way the bike rides.. Total confidence in fast corners warm up fast and handle amazing. Buy the set and u won’t be disappointed. Thanks again to motorcycle superstore, great customer service fast shipping and great prices; they have a customer for life from me.

Troy Houtman Austin,  TX Diablo tires It was a night and day difference using these tires. I don't know how they handle in the rain since it does’nt rain in Austin, Texas but the traction and cornering was an instant improvement and for the money a great bargain! The tread life will be short since it is such a soft tire but who cares it is well worth the 5000-7000 miles I'll get out of them. I am sold for life. TH

Aron Hillsboro,  OR 180/55/17 Diablo Rosso This tire is great with quick lean in and excellent traction for street. The only thing I was disappointed in was tread life. It’s wearing about as fast as the Corsa III did for me. I am running this on a Buell 1125R and it looks to be about a 3500 - 4000 mile tire with spirited riding.

Neil Sioux Falls,  SD True Pirelli Had these tires for a few months now. Haven't done any wet driving, but I never do. So I just gave it a 5 since all the other areas I use this tire deserve a 5. It was a hard choice for my Ducati. I have always gone with Pirelli Dragons. However I loved all the reviews this tire was getting. So I had to try them. Not disappointed one bit!

I not only had great confidence on the track, I also have enough tread life left for a couple of thousand more miles. That's quality! Thanks Pirelli and Motorcycle Superstore. Zac

Lance Motorhead Lambert Camarillo,  CA Best Buy I have been riding street for 18 years and always ran Bridgestone or Dunlop. I figured I would try Pirelli after several fellow riders told me they enjoyed them. I am the first in my crew to run the new Rosso's and am very pleased! I don't do track days, but am big on canyons and coastal runs. They have a neutral turn-in and excellent traction. The only slight negative I noticed was a slight harsher straight line ride than comparable makes. If you are looking for a great bang-for-buck tire, look no further. Not only are these a great value, but Motorcycle Superstore has the best price online period. Cheers, Lance "Motorhead"

Aaron Boone,  NC Pirelli hits the mark! Overall a great tire. Not as sticky as full on race rubber, not as high mileage as a full on touring tire, but it's a combination of the two. Great for street and the occasional track day. Great turn in and feedback... I normally go to a harder tire for the winter months, which is why I go this one (I had been running the Corsa III's) but after trying these out, I don't know if I'll go back to my normal tires for the spring and summer. This tire seems to do it all!! Very impressed!!

Bill South Pasadena,  CA Rear Rosso This is the fourth set of tires I've put on my 07 BMW K1200 GT (Metzler Z-3, Z-6, Avon Storms, Bridgestone 21). Riding is mostly mountains with the occasional freeway drone between the mountains, I do live in Southern California, the Crest is only 5 mins away, and my riding buddy is on a 08 ZX-10. The front tire feel is great, I've been pushing the fronts harder and only got about 2,000 miles out of a set of Bridgestone 21's, which start to get a little squirmy after about 10 mins of hard riding. I wore the front faster than the rear! Which means I'm trail braking more into the corners and getting on the gas sooner. After a couple hard rides, the tires feel great and they don't looked abused like past tires. The rears feel great also, no problems getting on the gas early. Tracking is great and mid-corner line changes is effortless. I like the nude shoulder and knowing you have maximum rudder contact. It's amazing how much tires have advanced in recent years! Bill

Adam Augusta,  GA Cold Start Decent tire for the money but not as good as everyone says. When the tires are cold, and its cool outside it feels like you are riding on damp pavement, caused me to spin out twice trying to pull out of a parking lot. After tires are warmed up and been riding for a while corning is squirmy at higher speeds especially if you like to get knee dragging low. However You can get low just not at high speeds.

Glen Florence,  CO Awesome Rosso Tire has great traction in corners. Tire compound is a lot softer than I thought on the edges. I have approx. 500 cornering miles on this tire and so far no signs of wear. I usually run Dunlop Q, but this Rosso is my tire of the future. Wet traction is great also. For all you guys and girls that ride the curves, the Rosso is the way to go.

Chris Vernon,  BC Diablo Rosso I mounted them with the intent to take them on an aggressive canyon carving tour. I've run them for 2000 miles with very little signs of wear. I felt very confident on them. The profile allows them to drop in nicely. I've taken them from edge to edge on surfaces that were less than ideal and they stuck very well. They have a peculiar feel during gentle corning like maybe they're trying to get onto their sweet spot. Ridden aggressively they perform excellent. Overall I am very pleased. If they last 5000miles I'll buy them again without question. I didn't run them in the wet so I can't comment in that regard.

Johnson Houston,  TX Diablo Rosso Great tire I've ridden with the diablo supersports, corsa 3's, pilot powers, and the qualifiers. I would rate this tire better than the diablo supersports and comparable with the pilot powers. Just like everyone when something new comes out we are hesitant to try it. The tire has worn even without cupping or tears from local back roads. I don't drag knees but I have hit the chicken strips. The last inch of tire on the side is a slick that inspires loads of confidence.
