Seth Davis Walkertown,  NC Chrome - Nice Shield Gets a bit foggy on cold days, but looks really nice. I've washed bugs off of it countless times and it's still as shiny as can be. Fit isn't superb on the VR-1X, as there is a small gap between the helmet and the top of the shield, but overall, it sets this helmet off nicely.

Tim Grand Rapids,  MI Nice! This mirrored shield looks awesome on my helmet! It is dark enough to work very well on a sunny day and yet still can be used on a lighted highway at night. I live outside the city and can't make use of it after dark for fear of deer.

Michael Y Aspen,  CO KBC shield I got this shield in the mirrored versions, and while it looks great, I scratched it deeply the very first time I rode with it; by wiping off a bug with my leather gloves. The thing looks great, but at this rate, it will be very expensive to replace all the time.

Michael Yoder Aspen,  CO KBC mirrored helmet shield This was a replacement for a mirrored shield I had just installed. Sweet looking, but very delicate; I scratched the first one the first ride I took with it, by wiping off a bug with my gloved fingers. I am still riding with the scratched one still on the helmet, but wanted a replacement in case I was going on some trip where I wanted to look my sharpest. Now that I know how easy this shield scratches, I will be much more careful. So, my review; great looking, but not too durable.

Fred A Orlando,  FL KBC Shield for FFR Helmets Excellent priced item. A good value for the money. Works as described. A bit hard to get in place, but once installed it works great! And fits well with a good seal against the helmet's shield gasket.

Eric Corona,  CA KBC VR-1X shield Very nice shield. Easy to install and durable. The only thing I have noticed is every once in awhile the shield will open when I turn my head to the side. Other than that it's good.

alleen fish malad city,  ID helmet sheild I had some difficulty getting it on the helmet but once I got it on it worked really well at protecting me from the shine of the sun. I wouldn't use my helmet without it.
