Not for RX-7 RRR, you need several hours to adjust
Arai Quality is the best, but specialy on the RX-7 RRR, these plates are a tricky difficult to adjust.

This product requires modification to work on older model RX7-RR3. Price and quality are excellent. I would order this product again in order to make same type of repair.
