Worth every penny!
Bought the dark smoke. Excellent glare protection. Day time use only. It's VERY dark opposed to my wife's Shoei dark smoke. People complain about the shield changing system on the Arai. I must say at first it's a pain in the a**. But, be patient, with a little practice , it now takes a few seconds to switch them out. As with all Arai products it's top quality. Hats off to the Motorcycle Superstore for another job well done.

The dark smoke faceshield is amazing!!! I was debating between the light and the dark.....thinking that the dark might be too dark, but no way, I love it. It gives my helmet a sweet look and it saves my peepers from squinting all the time. Sunglasses in the helmet are simply no good!!
It's extremely clear with no distortions and it attaches to the helmet exactly like the stock visor.

Very good bright light rejection on sunny days, I got the dark smoke. Too dark for night riding on unlit country road. Overall good product.

Great replacement shield for my Astral X.
A great alternative if wearing sunglasses with a clear visor is uncomfortable for you.
Pricey; but you do get what you pay for.

Arai Silver Finish Faceshield
Awesome. Works phenomenally; you can drive directly into the setting sun no problem. Stylish, very sharp looking. Matches my Sensu Arai perfectly. Requires maintenance to retain its finish; hand washing, microfiber pat drying, etc. It is like they say, "You get what you pay for". Highly recommend.

Mirror Face shield
Great shield, looks good on any helmet. It provides good sun protection without being too dark. At times with sunny days there is a slight reflection you can see of yourself on the inside of the screen but it's not intrusive. Otherwise great look, fit and finish.

Not much to get excited about with a faceshield. But as faceshields go, this one is great. Give Motorcycle Superstore it's props, they do a fantastic job of offering the best product at very competitive prices.

Arai Mirrorized Blue Shield
The shield fits the helmet (Arai Profile) very well. It should, it's made by Arai!
The tint is perfect for daytime right up through sunset. I have ridden with it at night but would recommend using a clear shield at night. Good anti-fogging shield. The tint cuts the heat and glare from the sun and is a VAST improvement over the stock shield. The tint also seems to make everything clearer.
The mirrored look is very cool looking and enhances the overall look of the helmet.
The price is a bit steep but if you wear an Arai, chances are the price won't stop you from buying it.
I recommend this shield and will buy another one when the time comes to replace it.

Nicer than the Clear
I bought this because I am unable to wear sunglasses under my helmet. The look is awesome. I have a black Aria Profile and the Silver looks great with it. The vision is equivalent to the light smoke but with a mirrored look. You can still see very good under lower light conditions thru this and the top half of the visor is has a slight more tint like having tinting at the top of your windshield. The one thing with the mirrored is I do get a slight reflection of my face in the visor under the right light conditions, but is only a minor distraction.

Arai helmets rock
Great blue tinted screen to match my Sprint ST. Arai face shields are way too difficult to install, though. Also, for the price, I was surprised it did not include a basic protector for the clear face shield that I removed. Motorcycle Superstore shipping is super-fast, too.

Bought light smoke and amber, these fit great and the look is cool. I have light smoke for the bright days and got amber color for later in the evening or overcast days. I really like the look and the way they fit on my Arai Helmet.

light smoke shield
I really love the light smoke shield...just enough shading to cut the glare but nor so dark that I have problems in the shadows....kind of a hassle changing the shield. The older RX-7 mechanism is much simpler and easier to change shields.

ARai's Blue tint is Great!
I was a little hesitant with the blue shield but felt it would look good. To my surprise it not only looks good but is very good with the clarity. The Blue tint actually seems to brighten and clear things up even a night. I basically would never go back to a clear shield again especially as difficult as it is to change on an Arai helmet. Buy it u won't regret it.
