Good visor
Bought for my wife, said it works well without sunglasses. Have to watch cleaning - can scratch quite easily. Great value for the money, though.

Shield review:
I have had this for a few weeks now and for the most part really like it. It's just the right tint to make the rising sun in the morning not so annoying. It can even be used at night in the bigger cities where it doesn't get real dark. If you are in the country though it's another story, better hope you packed a non tinted one. There are two things that I don't care for, first there is a reflection when the shield is closed I can see my glasses reflected on the visor. I'm used to it by now but it's still a minor distraction. The other thing is it is really easy to scratch the outer side of this. I put the helmet in my side bag and was a bit careless and when I removed it there was a nice scratch in the upper right corner. It is out of the line of vision but if I look to the right it is visible. It looks a LOT worse on the outside though. Overall I like it a lot bit I do suggest treating it with kid gloves as it is REALLY easy to scratch. At almost 40 bucks it doesn't come to cheaply. Overall I do believe it was worth the cost.

HJC - RST Shield for AC-12, AC-12 Carbon, CL-15 and CL-SP Helmet
I have the Pegasus helmet, wanted a nice mirror finish shield so I got this one. It snaps on perfectly, looks great. On the ride, with that helmet, I got a whistle, so I don’t think there is a perfect fit. No matter what I do I get the whistle with the shield closed. Otherwise, the tint is great, still need sunglasses, and don’t recommend driving with it at night, had to drive with it half raised one night, couldn’t see through it on the back roads with no street lights, in traffic it was fine though. The finish is easy to clean; bugs, fingerprints etc come off with a wipe. So far so good, I would recommend this shield if you don’t mind a whistle, but it may not do that on your helmet.

HJC - Shield for CL-15 Helmet
This replacement shield really fit is an exact fit. I opted for the green, with my blue helmet. Haven't had a chance to really use it yet but it looks great. To change it out is super quick.

Rainbow shield
Has the mirrored, multi-color finish I was looking for. Snaps perfectly on the helmet and works like a charm. It appears to be very dark but I can ride at dusk and even a little longer with no vision problems.

Great looking shield, mirrored is the way to go during the day
Can't see my face with this thing on for sure. Great for daytime riding and watching people stare. I've worn it out at night a few times and I wouldn't recommend it.

Wow!!!
I bought the helmet to replace an old HJC Cymax. The fit was different, but once I got use to the different feel, wow!!!! It's quiet, fits well, looks good and the price was right.
I bought the green face shield (HJC - RST Shield)to go had with my new helmet. This was basically the same product on my other helmet and I'm still satisfied. It fits well, is easy to install, & I can see great with it at night and in the daytime because of the yellowish tint on the inside.

Silver Visor on my HJC CL-15
Was quite impressed with the visor, have had it for almost 2 months now. There are a few black dots on the visor from bugs or debris but nothing too big or noticeable. The visor snaps on in about 3 secs and is perfect for the day, dark enough so you don’t need sunglasses. Do not try to wear it at night as it will cut down on your vision quite a bit.

Nice fit, nice shield, nice anti-fog
Went with the dark tint to match my CL-SP helmet. Surprisingly fit well after switching off the clear shield, which is somewhat rare. Dark tint is sick, it’s labeled anti-fog AND it DOES NOT FOG, hell yeah. Dark tint sucks at night, but with HJC's very simple shield replacer mechanism, it’s easy to switch them off and on. Little pricey but definitely gets the job done.

I like the look of the reflective shield, the shading is great for daytime riding, sunny or cloudy, and it’s not for the night. The fit is ok, but as with most shields, you have to occasionally work at getting a good seal that doesn't whistle at speed. The shield scuffs easily, even from a gloved textile finger that happens to be trying to get the whistling to stop. A finger tab at the top center to the shield would be a fix for this.

Great Addition
Fit is slightly different than the clear shield that came with the helmet, very slight wind whistling, and anti-fog spray will be an imperative addition in the future, however the finish is great and the look is awesome. Great addition

review of HJC Iridium Blue Visor
The Visor is absolutely perfect, it eliminates the need to wear your sunglasses under your helmet, yet you can still see perfect at night. Not only is this an excellent Visor, but you can’t beat the price either.

Very Cute
The pink goes great with my pink helmet. Great at keeping the sun rays down so I don't have to wear shades. The only thing I don't like is that it picks up fingerprints so easily. Otherwise it's been great so far.

Decent Shield

I love these shields. I have bought three of them. They are mirrored so they’re hard to see in them but they add a lot of style and detail to your helmet. Very eye catchy, they are also easy to install.

Easy to fit & looks good BUT the silver does scrape off VERY easy, not so much a scratch but more of a scuff that takes the silver coating off
I now have a small dot about 3mm smack in the middle of my visor that bugs the crap out of me. $30 almost wasted now.
I'll get a black one next time.

The shield is great for in the sun, but as Joe says... dangerous at night. Another critique is that it scratches very easily, as do most shields. Great buy for those in bright conditions, or just looking for something that looks amazing.

I live in Texas where FL-Man says a dark shield is a must. Ordered the silver and it came out of the package looking very similar to the standard clear. Was almost disappointed until I put it on my helmet. It looks amazing (just like the pic) when on and in sunlight. Great visor!

living in Florida make a dark shield almost a necessity......this shield works better than I thought at cutting glare and reducing eye fatigue........and the HJC quick change system makes removal and changing a snap...a word of caution however....this shield is dark, so I suggest you do not use it at night!!!!
