cbr600rr rockville,  MD Dark Shield is the perfect tint At first I thought that the dark smoke would be too dark after ordering it. However, when the package arrived, I was relieved to see that the dark smoke was not too dark afterall. I have commuted with this even after sunset and I still can see fine. The fit is perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever.

AC Albuquerque,  NM A LIttle Flimsy Fits perfectly and the tint is nice, but it's not as stiff/sturdy as the original equipment. Hope it lasts.

Alex rockledge,  FL Crystal Clear I bought a new clear shield after finally getting fed up with dropping it accidentally and seemingly out-of-nowhere scratches. The shipping was fast, 3 days on the dot. I opened the package installed it and it was so clear i couldn't tell i had a shield on. The only down side is this shield gets a lot of micro scratches from debris or rubbing on clothes that may have dust on them. Those scratches are like magnets for more dust. I clean it more often to compensate, what can i say though, sure beats buying a new helmet.

Gary B. Murray,  LA hjc shields Good equipment at a fair price. Could be made out of a more durable grade of material, they are easily scratched. This is the only negative thing about the shields.

Kathy Denver,  British Co CL-14 Smoke Shield I purchased the "smoke" shield and have been very happy with it. It is not too dark to ride with on overcast days or at dusk. Sometimes I do find myself squinting in the bright sunlight, but not enough to be a problem.

Randy Huntersville,  OK Cl-14 Shield I am very happy with this shield. It works great during the brightest part of the day. On a ride recently I forgot to pack my clear shield as we would be out until late at night, so I just had the smoke, expecting to have to ride with the shield up. Not a problem, I was able to make the 23 miles in the dark with the shield down, following a car of course helped...All in all great product.

Wes S. Conroe,  TX Great for riding on sunny Texas days This has been an excellent addition for riding on sunny days. It's a great item for those of us who wear prescription glasses and want a little relief from the blazing sun. It is dark enough for high noon but still usable from dawn till dusk. I ride at night a lot commuting and it is a little too dark for me to use with night riding. This is a must have for touring and commuting riders.
