Mirrored Shield for FX-90 Helmet
In my opinion the mirrored shield is pretty good. It is a little flimsy but so is the regular clear shield. It takes a little force and a few minutes to swap the shields out, but if your riding on a sunny day it's worth it. The tint on the mirrored shield is awesome when the sun is shining right in your face, and the mirror is good enough that people sitting right next to you in their cars can't see your face. I will buy another when needed.

I had little trouble installing this visor and I really like the look and the tint amount is just right! I DID get the Mirrored visor... which is what I ordered. Mine is just as quiet as the clear visor the helmet came with and fits just the same.

AFX-90 mirror shield review
Good product. Only complaint is the howling noise that I sometimes get from using this shield while riding. Other than that installation was easy and works as intended.

The silver tint looks good! But it does scratch easily! You can’t see into the helmet unless you are really close. It fits snug against the helmet and no extra wind noise gets in! Goes in easy!

Mirrored Faceshield
Love the mirrored faceshield. My only complaint is that the directions for changing the shields sucked. Luckily, I have a friend who worked for Harley for a time, so she was able to help me change them out. Otherwise I'm afraid I might have broken it!

I purchased the Mirrored shield and it does look nice, however it seems rather thin and does not close with a good solid seal when using the tab. It just flexes. If you press from the top on the opposite side it does close with a good seal. Still a good price and fit.

Installing them is a bit of a challenge as the spring on the helmet is very strong but once on the work great. I've been concerned about the chrome but it really blocks the glare and even helps when riding towards low sun. I am very satisfied

This shield looks great, but it is very flimsy and does not close all the way when I pull the tab down to close the shield. I have to take my hand and pull down on the top of the shield to close it all the way. Aside from the look, this line of shield could use a major rigidity overhaul.

The smoked shield is easily interchanged from the clear shield within seconds. Clarity is excellent. Regardless of whether you are looking straight ahead or looking to the side with your eyes, vision is good and undistorted.

Shield for AFX helmet
Changing out the clear shield for the tinted one was a bit of a chore, but not impossible. Also, I thought I had ordered the mirrored shield, but rec'd the smoke/gray dark tint instead (which actually worked out OK), so no complaints.
The fit on the helmet itself was very good. Finish quality a bit off-nominal, but excellent for the price. I do like the snap on the chin strap, to take up excess length, and love the 'Captain America' look to the helmet, which looks like something Evel Knievel would have worn.
Overall, high value (decent ROI for the helmet and visor, all under $100).

Nice look and not too dark
I have a blue AFX helmet and wanted a tinted visor. This visor with a mirror finish works very well and is not too dark to wear at night. I first thought I may have to switch out visors if I had to ride at night, but with this visor I can see just fine. Would recommend.

Love this screen. Its dark enough that you can’t tell who is inside the helmet after a few feet and its dark enough for shinny days. During night hours, it is still visible enough in case you get caught at night without the clear visor.
