Pam allen,  TX splash jacket My husband had this jacket since 2004 and loved it. I was very excited to find the jacket again and at a $5 discount from the original purchase. I ordered the rain pants too! They're great!

Ernesto Reading,  PA Firstgear Splash Jacket I want to thank those early riders for their honest feedback on the jacket. I did order one size above and it was on the money, I ordered a 2XL since my regular gear is XL. Product fits like a glove and not excessively tight or too lose. Finally got a chance to try it out thru some heavy rain and I stayed dry at highway speeds and at the occasional red light too. The seal at the front is tight, could use a bit more reflective material but it works. Thanks to everyone. Ride-on!

Al St. Louis,  MO First Gear Splash Jacket We purchased 2 of these jackets for a trip through Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado. They performed well, in combination with our FirstGear summer Mesh jackets. With temperatures ranging from 99 in the plains, to 42 in the mountains, these worked well as outer coats, to block the cold, and well as keeping us completely dry despite periodic rains and thundershowers. They are sized to fit loosely based on normal sizes, and still have room over light jackets. If you wear a Large regular jacket, the Large rain jacket fits as well. They do not breathe, which is why they are so good at keeping out both the cold, and the rain. They pack very small when rolled tightly, and are versatile for all except hot day riding.

jason ann arbor,  MI great jacket I really like this jacket. I bought an XXL so I can wear my back pack under it so it stays dry as well. It's very comfortable to wear and was very water proof the one time I got stuck out in the rain with it. It's doesn't pack down as small as some of the other jackets I have, but is much better in the waterproof department than anything else I have owned.

Stephen Fast Wichita,  KS rain jacket This rain jacket worked well. I ordered size large, which was the right size according to the chart, but it's tight around the chest/waist and that was without any other jacket on. Next time I'd order the next size larger.

mike allendale,  NJ Great Jacket Lost my old one along with the pants and just went and bought the same stuff again. I really wore the stuff quite often. More in the winter than the summer. Keeps you dry and blocks the wind during winter riding. In over 4 years and 50,000+ miles showed no wear. Pants started to leak a little but jacket was as good as new. There were quite a few days of riding in monsoon conditions and the stuff kept me dry.

Ricky W. Bowen Timberlake,  NY Firstgear Splash Rain Jacket I am very pleased with the jacket. Excellent fitment (no binding even when wearing over another jacket) and I remained dry at high speeds and in traffic during a heavy rain shower. Elastic waist and a drawstring at bottom hem of jacket seem to do their job well.

Michael Hall Champaign,  IL Firstgear Splash Rain Jacket What a great buy this was. It has kept me nice and dry in many heavy spring rains this year. The lining makes it easy to get into, even when I'm already a little damp. It packs pretty small so it’s easy to carry on the bike. The elastic waist band does a good job of reducing how much the jacket flaps in the wind and because it’s stitched inside the jacket there are no straps whipping about. The lower pockets are horizontal and this allows things (such as keys and garage door openers) to fall out
