This is the second pair of these I've had I'm 5'7" and they are long enough. Its the only rain pant I have tried that is. I have worn them over my jeans and chaps in cold weather and they keep me warm. Great Product! I love everything Tourmaster.

I don't know how waterproof they are yet. The sizing is made to fit over regular pants. The waist band is loose, doesn't have a drawstring. I purchased the tall inseam and they are long enough. They are hard to put on over boots. I have to pull the pants up to about knee length and then I can get them on without taking off my boots, inconvenient when one is trying to put them on in a hard rain on the side of the road.

They fit and look good. Haven't had any rain here in Ky since Aug. So can not report on water repelling ability.

Although I ordered the pants a size bigger then I should have, they did have a decent fit. More importantly, I just came back from vacation and went thru several rain storms...they did the trick. I loved the fact that the pants zippered to the jacket. No rain got between my back and my butt. Great gear....I would suggest everyone buying this type of rain pants.
