I bought these for my daughter. I wanted her to have more protection than regular jeans, and she's not going to wear armored pants. They run big, but look good on her. Most important she likes them and will wear them.

I bought size 8..too big, would try a 6. You get what you pay for, these are cheap pants...thin w/out much protection. I returned them for the Drayco jeans which are far superior in protection but fit excellent and are worth the price. I am 5"10 weigh 140 had to buy 14's in the Drayco???? Weird.
Pleasantly surprised

I purchased these pants reluctantly, but now I'm glad I did. I am 5 ft 4 in and weigh 145 lbs and wasn't sure about sizing. I purchased the size 8 and they fit perfectly. The material is flexible and that makes wear during riding very comfortable. As noted in a previous review, the waist seems to be a bit baggy, but I wear a belt and don't have any problem with the fit.

I bought these for my girlfriend, who tried them on at a local shop recently before I saw them here. She normally is size 8, but the 8 was way too baggy and too big around the waist. 6 fit just right. Obviously these are just reinforced jeans, so the protection factor isn't up to snuff compared to armored gear. However, I can say, with all objectivity, these jeans do look HAWT.
Not what I expected

These were weird, and not like the picture. The fit was really baggy, except the waist was tiny and ZERO stretch. Recently, I found the Dainese pants that were everything and then some I'd wished for, and I'm so glad I returned both pairs of these that I'd ordered. If you're somebody who doesn't have hip bones, and I don't mean that you're simply skinny (because I am on the slender side myself,) and if you're into the flared out style, then I'd suggest these.
