Kim Fayetteville,  AR Savannah pants run small I had been on the fence to order these because of the size issues on the reviews. I saw a gal in our local BMW shop a month ago wearing them so of course got her take on the sizing. I am normally a size 6 pant and on her advice ordered the large. They fit great! Long enough for my 5'8" as well. With the liner they kept me nice and warm on a cold 55 degree ride. Very stylish, but low cut in the front in case that bothers you showing a little skin.

Jenn Augusta,  GA Only for skinny gals These pants are cut very small. I wear a 12-14 and ordered an XL. If you have a smaller rear and thighs, this may be the ticket for you. But if you have a fuller figure with a little padding on your rear, these are gonna be a tight squeeze! The quality of the stitching is very nice, and the length is appropriate for riding. The lacing up the sides is trick and the armor is of very good quality. These won't work for me, but the skinnier gals out there will love it!

Jenn Washington DC,  DC Rise is a bit too low These pants are cute, well made and have customizable capabilities. I really wanted them to fit. I was looking for a pair of riding pants that didn't come up to my armpits or make it look like I was wearing a diaper. These just weren't for my body though. I'm 5'5 and wear a size 8. The Large was too small. Next size up would have been too big in the low-waist. I'm really not into crack exposure, not to mention the draft. These would be good for teens or women with narrower hips and less booty.

Tracy Petoskey,  MI Great Pants! These pants are great, I love the way they fit and look...cute while getting some additional protection. I've only worn them with the liner and I don't feel there is room for other clothes underneath but they kept me warm. I ordered a small and usually wear a size 2 (5'4" about 110pds) and fit perfect. I would buy again.

Linda Anacortes,  WA Scorpion womens Savannah pants Ordered the pants and jacket together. After the reviews I ordered xl pants which were too large. No problem with return. The black/white pants have been back ordered but I know they are excellent quality and look forward to riding in them. The jacket is awesome. Highly recommend. Wear a size 8 pant, 5'9" and hope the large fits.

Amanda Gibsonia,  PA A definite yes! I like these pants a lot. They took a while to break in for me. If I wear them as a passenger they are uncomfortably tight at the knees, but as the operator on my low profile Buell Blast they are a terrific fit! For the negatives, as others have said, the lack of pockets kind of suck, and definitely order a size larger. Thank God the lining comes out or I'd sweat to death. Haven't tested abrasion resistance yet and I'd prefer to keep it that way

Chris Los Angeles,  CA great pants I purchased these for my girlfriend before we took a week long trip on the bike. My riding style is more spirited than the cruiser crowd but less of a race pace than the typical sport bike crowd. Average rider that seldom breaks the posted speed limits. The positives are that these pants look fantastic while providing a decent level of protection. Seemed perfect for a wide range of climates as well. They do run a bit small so order a size up. On hot days my girlfriend would wear just shorts under the pants and on cold days up in Yosemite we added jeans. Never got cold enough to need the liner. Good all purpose pants and they do really look great.

Amber R casa grande,  AZ Not bad These are definitely a form-fitting pant and they do fit your legs a little snug. They are a low rise, so keep that in mind when dressing the upper torso for the occasion. They are a sharp looking pant, I like them, but riding as a passenger they got a little uncomfortable after a while so I will stick with jeans while riding on the back and wear these when I am riding my bike. They have hip and knee armor in them and are meshed in the right areas so your skin can breathe. Better than getting those overpriced denim jeans that's for sure.

Sonya Meridian,  MS Love these pants! The other reviews are dead on....great looking, great fitting and tough pants. Size does run small, I'm 5'3" 128lbs and a large fit me (2nd try, ordered small by accident and it was not pretty). Return process was simple and exchange took place with no problems, very prompt service and no billing problems at all. I rode 12 hours in these pants in 90+ degrees, took the liner out of course, and used body powder to keep them from sticking. They breathe very well, and are very well constructed. I would buy them again without hesitation.

Michelle Augusta,  MI Scorpion - Women's Savannah Pants I want to start by saying I am very pleased the way Motorcycle Superstore handled my purchase; I got my pants before the estimated date of arrival. They even answered my e-mail when I questioned the color of the spring pants. I purchased these "pants" because I didn't like the way chaps and other pants fit. I wanted something that would protect me from a spill as well as look good, everything else was so baggy. I want to point out that like everyone else says they do run small, but I also believe (if you haven't already figured this out for yourself) they are suppose to be worn as "pants" with nothing under. I'm 5'1,117, I bought the medium and although they are a little snug I plan on keeping them because of the length, I'm afraid the large will be too long, but the length is good while I'm riding. I think anyone who buys these will not be disappointed.

Melody Hetrick Grantsville,  MD Great-looking pants! Okay, so these are just the hottest pants!! Paired up with the jacket (I did) you have a sweet outfit with good protection, for riding in warm to hot weather. I utilized the snap-loop combo to attach the jacket and pants, which keeps the wind from riding up your back, as the pants do ride low. My only serious drawback, is these pants have NO POCKETS!! They are beautifully put together, with protection in all the right places, and the elastic at back waist, plus the criss-cross business at the thighs helps to compromise for some fit issues. I wear jeans in Jr 5 LONG, and first ordered Medium, which was too snug to fit over jeans. (Again, Kudos to the folks at MSS for being so GREAT with exchanges and returns!!!)

Amber Tuscaloosa,  AL Finally Pants made for a FEMALE! I purchase four (not kidding, ask the return dept at moto superstore) pairs of motorcycle pants before finally finding these. They are an excellent for those who wear their pants low on the hips. I'm 5'1" and 130lbs and normally wear around a size 4 in jeans and the Medium is a little loose without the liner but comfortable when you are sitting and I normally wear a pair of biking shorts under.

Rebecca Birmingham,  AL Outstanding The fit is a little loose, but I'm right between a small and a medium, so I got the medium. They fit great, are a low rise, comfortable, have great features and are great to wear. The yellow ties are elastic and adjustable to keep the fit around the thighs tight. The inside of the pants are equipped with zippers to make getting your boots on and off easier, and there are buckles on the outside of the pants for more adjusting. They are a bit long, but you really don't notice once on your bike. The liner on the inside is easy to take in and out, too. I rode with these pants on at night, during the day, and recently on the back of a friend's bike in 96 degree heat. I was comfortable, they breathe fabulously, and, well, ladies.. You’ll look totally hot in them. I have gotten some great compliments and comments on the pants, and at MSS, you'll get a great price on them. I couldn't be happier with my first set of riding pants.

Elaine Benicia,  CA Scorpion Savannah Pants XL I could not be happier with the fit of these pants. They almost feel custom made. I am 5'8" and 160 lbs. The length is perfect; they sit on my waist perfect. I think if I were even an inch or two taller, the length would still work fine. They feel heavy enough to protect without weighing you down, and have a zip out liner for summer. The fit is very flattering to a woman's figure.

Kristy Cumming,  GA Love these pants! I'd wanted these pants since I first spotted them online over a year ago. I wanted them before I got my bike. I ordered 3 different sizes before settling on the L. These pants do run a little small. I'm a size 6 and I have a little breathing room in the L. During my whole buy/return/buy again process Motorcycle-Superstore was great! The return process is so easy! I can't say much about the durability as I have only ridden in them 2x but they are very well made. I feel super sexy & safer riding with these babies hugging my curves AND feel super-satisfied with the customer service at Motorcycle-Superstore!

Rachel Chicago,  IL Finally, pants that fit a tall girl! I'm 5'11, 160lbs and after reading the reviews on sizing, decided to go with an XL. They fit perfectly (although there is definitely not room to fit another pair of pants underneath). They sit low on the hips and although they could stand to be a bit longer, I think they'll work fine with boots. The one feature I do wish the pants had is a zipper to attach them to my jacket. Overall though, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Amber Tuscaloosa,  AL Excellent Pants! I tried 5 different pairs of textile pants before I finally found these and they are PERFECT! Most moto pants for women are VERY long in the rise and I'm only 5 feet tall so they ride up way past my belly button when I'm riding and hang to my knees when I'm walking. Not these pants though, they are made for a woman for sure. I'm 125 lbs and I got the medium and they fit great. They are a little loose in the waist but perfect for chilly rides so I can put some leggings underneath. Very sexy too :)

Lindsay Fort Lauderdale,  FL Sizing is a tricky thing... I've worn these great pants on 5 or 6 long rides now. I'm usually a size 0, but the reviews I read said sizing was an issue, so I went with a Small rather than an Extra Small. They fit pretty tight in the beginning, and I still love these pants, but now that they've stretched a bit I'm wondering if an XS would have been better -- ?? I'll continue to enjoy them, but I have to hike them up each time I get back on my bike. Maybe I'm an in-between size. NOTE: the waistband is WAY low, as another reviewer mentioned. Final word: the pants are SEXY and designed well for riding.

Megan Corona,  CA Scorpion - Women's Savannah Pants These pants fit great and I found them true to size. However, if you don't like low-ride pants, these pants are not for you. Although low-waisted, the back keeps you covered, even when on the bike (I ride a CBR). The liner gets a bit hot, air doesn't flow through and the fabric clings to your skin. Without the liner, they breath great, the knee pads are right where they are supposed to be. I don't care much for the hip pads. I am 5'7", 130lbs and the Med fits perfectly. I've had plenty of compliments. Overall, I have no complaint and no problem to report. Like any pants, these do not fit every body type.

Laura Hohman Bloomington,  IN Pricy Pants but Super Quality I certainly wish these pants weren't quite this expensive. However, I really do like them. They're both functional and stylish. Most of the other pants I looked at were functional, but looked bulky and uncomfortable. These pants fit wonderfully and should provide great protection. Since they ride low, there is the possibility of exposed midriff during a slide if your jacket doesn't come down far enough, but that's the only issue I can see. I do recommend ordering a size up to accommodate the somewhat bulky liner.

Sarah Charlottesville,  VA Pretty good I was a little disappointed in the fit of these pants (as with all women's motorcycle gear I try). To help gauge the sizing I am 5'8" and 140 lbs and usually wear and 8-10 in pants. I had to order an XL in order to get the 34" inseam. I really like the fit of the legs and the length is adequate but the waist is too big. I can cinch it with a belt and they stay up and don't expose my butt but I get some bunching of the extra material. It's not bad but a little annoying. I couldn't order a smaller size because I need the 34" inseam which is almost too short as it is. Overall, they seem well made and I like the fit of the legs and I'll just cover the baggy cinched up waist with my jacket.

shoturtle NYC,  NY Sizing charts are totally off Got this pair for my wife, went with one size up but they ran too small still. It looks like a well made pair of pants, but not every woman is a size 0-4. If you are a size 8 the Large may be too small still.

Christi Los Angeles,  CA Meant to be worn alone I bought these pants in hope of having a matching brand jacket/pant set, with the intention of wearing these as overpants. But these are definitely form fitting pants, and with the size medium on my body there was no room to spare for anything else beside a thin pair of leggings underneath. I used the previous comments to decide upon my size and overall they were accurate, so if you're a size 4-6 women's you'll probably fit the medium too. So keep in mind that these pants seem to be meant to be worn alone and not just as a cover. Unfortunately I decided to return these pants because they didn't quite match my jacket and I am looking for something to wear over my regular pants. While these pants are definitely good-looking, I wish Scorpion had a greater selection of pants on par with their jackets. One feature that could have been useful to have on the pants would be a waist-toggle. That way it would be possible to buy a larger size to wear as overpants without having to fiddle with a belt.

Kara Nashville,  TN Scorpion Womens Savannah Pants I just love these pants! The fit is definitely comfortable and one of the sexiest they have if that is what you are looking for. It is true about when they tell you to order a size up from what you normally wear. For example, I am about 5'3" and about 120lbs, I bought a small instead of x-small. The removable wind barrier is my favorite feature as I can adjust daily for the temperature. I just don't have anything bad to say about these pants :)

Lindsay Fort Lauderdale,  FL Finally -- sexy riding pants! These pants are hot! They look great on. NOTE: They are VERY low-rise as the other reviewers have stated. Haven't tested them for durability yet, as I've only ridden in them once. I like that they come with a wind liner. Watch the video for a good look at the features. For the record, I wear a size zero pant, but ordered these in size small based on the other reviews. I think I made the right choice.

Jackie Dallas,  TX Great Pants These pants are so great that it is easy to get hung up on the details. During the summer I would wear mine as if I were wearing regular pants. I would rant and rave to myself that I should have bought the smaller size because the liner really makes a huge difference in the fit. BUT, even with the padding and the saggy-ness, the pants fit so naturally that a few people wanted to know where I got such "great pants". Now its winter and I wear my pants with the liner over my regular clothes. I'm happy I bought the larger size now! I know these pants have done a lot to make my commuting possible and fairly normal.

Rodolfo Cubillo Miami,  FL excellent choice I bought these pants for my wife and she is absolutely happy!! They fit perfect for her body, like her tightest pair of jeans . She is a 29" waist and a 37" hip and normally uses size 6-8 on jeans depending on brand. The savannah "Large " fit her like ring to finger . Scorpion size chart is no good for new buyers, you better stick to the reviews like we did. Worked out perfect. These pants are very light and comfortable compared to other brands we have used. The finish is delicate and sturdy at the same time. The price is ok. The liner is not comfortable to use .We prefer to use raingear on top of it. I just would have liked a stronger material on knee pads but the rest is great.

Michele Southeastern,  CT Scorpion Savannah Textile Pants Since trying to choose the correct size is a major consideration with these pants, here's my two cents. I am 5ft 6.5in, 132 lbs, 32 inseam, 28.5 inch waist--(usually a solid size 6)That said, a size MED. fit very snug- but acceptable in these low-riders and gave me enough freedom of movement (barely). They certainly weren't too long (I'd like another inch). I think that if considering this item, one should realize that these pants are for safety -primarily-with more than a bit of glamour thrown in. You can't have a 'fits like a glove' look and body armor at hips, waist etc without some compromise. These pants kind of give you both if you're reasonable AND.. its nice for this cruiser to pass on the leather for a change!

Michele southeastern,  CT Size up for sure.. Seemed too tight when I first put on and thought about returning but ultimately decided against it. I'm 5'6” 132 lbs, w/ 32.5 inch inseam and I usually fill a size 6 (Solidly) in Gap jeans. I mention the exact particulars because it may help someone else decide which size to order (as all the other reviews did for me) There is not a lot of room to spare in these pants, so if you order as I did and get a MEDIUM. If I had instead ordered the Large, that one extra inch would be too revealing and too much gap on these low-riders. I'll stick to the Medium and enjoy their nice cut and keep my fingers crossed I don't eat too many cookies this holiday season (as if!) Hope this helps someone else....

Danielle Redmond,  WA Loving My Savannahs I spent a long time searching all over for women’s riding pants that were actually sexy... and provided good protection. I am thrilled that I found the Savannah pants. My only complaint is the sizing. I was fortunate enough to be able to try them on before ordering them online, and discovered that they run EXTREMELY small. I usually wear a size 8 in pants, and I ended up needing an XL. The XL fits comfortably without pants underneath, and slightly tight with pants on me. The fit itself, once you find the correct size, is very flattering and feminine. I am thrilled that I can hop off the bike and go straight into bars/clubs/wherever and not feel out of place. They are seriously cute pants. Bear in mind that they do fit lower on the back than most riding pants, so if you ride in a complete racing position like myself, watch out for some "plumber" -type issues (avoidable by hiking them up before you climb on the bike).

Christine holyoke,  MA Womens Savannah Pants This is the first pair of motorcycle pants I bought, and if I could afford another pair id be getting one in each color. I am really small and thin, 5'6 105lbs, so I never thought moto pants would ever come in a size small enough for me. But these fit perfectly (I got an XS). The length is perfect, and the adjustment strings on the thighs allow them to be nice and snug. The quality seems excellent, and they look totally awesome. The waist is low, sits directly on the hip bone. I'll soon be buying a jacket from Scorpion to match. And this website was a pleasure to do business with also!

Andrea Louisville,  KY Look good and are tough! I have had these pants for about 1-1/2 months and wore them quite often on long trips. A couple of weeks ago my husband pulled the strings on right leg, just to be funny, and I leaned my leg in to fix them. Cathy Bayview,  ID Nice pants Pants run a size small so order one size larger than usual. Also run large thru the waist, but comfortable with a belt. The removable liner sticks to your skin, but would be comfortable over silk long johns. I bought these for summer wear in temps over 78 degrees so I wear them without the liner and have stayed comfortable in 90 degree weather. Have not used in rain yet, so not sure of it's water repellency.

Hollie Springfield,  MO Runs Small/Low cut in back I wear a 4 or 6 in jeans and the size Medium fits well. Order larger than you think because you can cinch up the legs. These pants are cut low in front and in back. I ride a sportbike and these pants show crack if I am not careful! If you are a passenger the low cut in back might be okay. Overall the protection the pants provide is great. They look really cute.

MARYANNE WHITESTONE,  NY wish they made them bigger! These pants look awesome, but are made for someone very skinny. I usually wear a size 6 or 8 and these were not even close to fitting me. Cut VERY SMALL!

Julie Canton,  GA sizing for hips... Go up a size (I'm 5'8''/ 150 lbs) Really low waist and no gapping in the back. Looks great and the removable liner is a great feature for hot GA summer riding.

Glynis vancouver,  WA Fit Is....Problematic After reading all of the reviews for this product, I based my size not on actual waist measurement but on hip measurement. Ended up ordering the extra-large which fit...kind of. (FYI: I'm 5'7", 151 pounds, and wear a size 8 Levi's or Gap jeans--generally.) However, I would lovelovelove these pants if they were actually designed on a woman's body; i.e. smaller waist, and actual curve in the hip and thigh. I'm not a 12-year-old boy (thank goodness!) and I've got the curves to prove it.

Annieo San Diego,  CA Crazy Sizing I wear a size 12 pants so I ordered the XL. I couldn't get these pants past my thighs!!! The product itself is super cute and very well made. Sadly, I had to return them. I hope the company restructures their sizing in the future. I would surely become a future customer. Overall, great look if you can get them to fit.

Ann Avery Knoxville,  TN Savannah Pants I ordered these pants in a large and was not able to get them over my hips. I normally wear a size 12 jean so I thought the large size would work for me. Unfortunately, I had to return the pants. I loved the way the pants looked and was disappointed I wasn't able to wear them.

Andrea Nickol Louisville,  KY Great Pants and Great Service These pants are definitely cut for women. They look awesome. They are hip huggers, so when ordering measure your hips not your waist and order accordingly. My waist is 28 inches but the small was way too tight, the medium was sort of tight, but the large fits great. So, great protection and great looks, what more could you want.

Haley Lima Drayton,  ON Scorpion Savannah Pants Finally a company that gets that women don't fit in men's pants!! They fit great!! They are a winner in style and fit. I need to stretch the crotch area to fit across the seat width, but other than that I love them. Great quality and warm. I haven't tried them without the liner yet. The boyfriend thinks they look sexy too. : )

W Tipton,  GA Just Awesome I tried some G-line pants before I purchased the Savannah pants and boy do they put the G-line's to shame! The Savannah fit is true to size, insanely comfortable, just long enough and the armor is exceptional! Not too stiff and it doesn't float around on you. Also, my biggest complaint with riding pants is the way the preformed knee protection tends to ride up when you are on the bike, which does not happen with these pants. Absolutely love them. They have hip armor that doesn't make you look like a cow, just an awesome price for such great gear! Also, they are somewhat low rise FYI. Stay safe ladies!

Melissa Smith Plano,  TX Worth EVERY PENNY Ok I got these pants last minute before a trip. I have been drooling over them for a while. Said what better time than now. The fit is GREAT, but yes, order one size larger than what the size chart suggest. They look amazing, and I clocked 750 miles this weekend on my bike, all the time wearing these pants in the 100% Texas weather.

Laura Altoona ,  PA Very cool pants! I bought a size M and had to return them, they were too big, I am 5'1" and they were too long also, had to order a small, they haven't arrived as of yet but will comment when the small gets here. Otherwise the fit and look of the pants are very cool.

Erica Pueblo West,  CO They're cute pants, get a size larger than you think you'll need. I looked at quite a few websites, and these were the only pants I liked because they were different and feminine, and not pink. Nothing against the color, I'm just not that kind of girl. You should definitely order a size larger than what you would normally wear, I couldn't even get the "proper" sized on around my hips (and I'm not a big girl). They were really quick to take care of the return and send out a new pair. They fit like hip huggers. I had to buy a belt for them, because they were pretty low and showed off my underwear. I think they're pretty comfortable though.

Alisha Reakoff Houghton Lake,  MI Additional Info from previous review...... Just wanted to update: I have worn these pants several more times since my original review. I did wear a belt and it helped the back of the pants stay in place. Again, the pants didn't expose me before the belt--- I just feel more secure with it. Rode again in cool weather and stayed warm even without the liner. I also did a lot of walking at one destination and was very comfortable. Lots of compliments on the look of the pants.

Alisha Reakoff Houghton Lake,  MI Great pants, Great fit I wanted a lower rise pant than the usual women’s pants... but I was worried these would be too low and my crack would be exposed while sitting/riding. I have only had the chance to wear these once so far on the bike, BUT it was a good experience. The style is such that you don't wear jeans underneath. You just wear these pants. The weather was in the upper low-mid 60's and sunny when I wore these the other day. I didn't wear the inner liner, and I was just fine temp wise. I bought the all black pants, but if you look at the pic of the black/white pants: the white sections on the upper pants are mesh. The mesh is thick enough that your legs don't show through. Outsiders can't see your bare legs. I would say the pants are true to size. I am normally a 4-6 with a 32 inseam---- the smalls fit just fine. I think I will easily be able to fit the liner and a pair of long johns underneath if I need to on the cooler days. My crack didn't hang out (whew!), but I think I will wear a belt with the pants next time I wear them just to be sure. The padding (hips and knees) is removable if you choose. There was no uncomfortable bunching behind my knees, which can be a common problem with other pants. I called the manufacturer to see if these are waterproof and I was told they were water resistant. I bought rain pants to supplement. Funny thing is when I actually received the pants, I took out the liner and the tag on the pants indicates waterproof .Not sure that I really buy that since they have an exposed zipper. I lean more towards believing the manufacturer
