Carol rochester,  MN Womans Four Season Mesh Pants I had ordered size 8 which turned out to be too small so returned for size 10. Quick turn around response appreicated. I have not been able to wear them yet as the size 10 does not seem to be any larger than the size 8 which concerns me about your sizing. Because I cannot wear them I can only attest to fit and finish.

Elizabeth Portland,  ME Medieval torture device Tried 2 sizes of this and still fit poorly. Ended up buying a different pant altogether. The waist of these pants is sized to fit a toddler - and I weigh 115lbs so I generally don't have a hard time squeezing into things. Knee armor is way too high. The waterproof liner is thicker than my snowboarding pants, so even though I never used them, I can imagine they would be extremely hot.

MARTHA W DUNNELLON,  FL Filedsheer Women's Four Season Mesh I wear a misses sized 6-8 jeans and these pants are too tight in the waist even with the velcro loosened and no pants under them, the hip pads move around, but the adjustable knee pads are nice. The velcro tabs catch on the mesh and cause snags and pilling.

Penster Williamsburg,  VA Fieldsheer Womens Four Season Mesh Pants I sent these back. I did not like them at all. I tried them out on a really hot day, and I never really felt like I could feel any air flow. They stuck to my legs due to sweat. Maybe they were not made for really hot weather, but that is why I wanted them. It gets hot here in VA! They were also extremely long, so the fit was very poor.

Mary Waseca,  MN Well made riding pants These are well very made 3 season riding pants. The non-mesh areas are tough-looking material, but it's not stiff so the pants are very comfortable. The mesh areas are very open and let in a lot of air when riding. I wear shorts underneath when it gets 75 or above, and jeans underneath when it's less than that. Below 60 degrees it's a good idea to put the liner in or you may find, as I did, that you are too cool. They run a little small, so I'd recommend a size larger than your jeans. Also, they are cut for curvy girls, so there is plenty of room in the hips.

Brad Davis Spokane,  WA Curse the Fit Yes, everyone had warned me of the horrendous sizing discrepancy, Anyway, aside from the sizing issue the pants are typical Fieldsheer quality. The finish is well done, and the durability (I suspect) will see the pants through the next several years of riding. My wife loves having the removable liners, especially for the hot summer months. Once Fieldsheer figures out how to actually size these pants accurately (and to a lesser degree, more precisely fit a woman's body) I think they'll have a more solid offering.

D Bale kent,  WA Great Overpants! Pants are great, especially for the price. I usually wear Firstgear Air Overpants, which fit a little truer to size and are slightly more comfortable. These mesh Fieldsheer Overpants are a great alternative and I really like that they come in silver so that they don't absorb as much heat for summer riding.

Jamie NYC,  NY great pants Got these pants to match the high temp jacket for my wife. The pants vent a lot of air, and when in slow traffic, the silver pants do not absorb the sunlight like blank pants. So you stay cooler. She said it’s not bad on blocking the heat from her bikes engine also.

Alex Columbus,  GA Great for guys too Im a male,5'9, 135 lbs. I've ordered numerous male jackets and pants only to find the pad placement wrong for me,(because im skinny). So I ordered these pants to see if there is any difference from the male and female. There is and its good. These pants are perfect for me in size and pad fitting. Now my only problem is avoiding the girl colors.. also I wear a 32 in men’s, so i ordered a 14 in woman’s, including the 2 size increase that was suggested. Women’s jackets and pants are a better choice for slender guys, in my opinion. hate i had to say that

Wendy Quitman,  MS Fit not quite right These pants were true to size, but I didn't like the looks of them. They were bulky and the knee pads had to be adjusted everytime I sat down. Thanks to Motorcycle Superstore, returns are easy. I'll have to keep looking for the right summer riding pants.

Sharon Virginia Beach,  VA Four Season - Get a size larger! My husband has a pair of these pants and loves them. I purchased them and found out that they run a size to a size and a half small. It isn't the hips but the whole pant is cut small. The pant it self is great! The liner is very warm and semi-waterproof (leaks somewhat at top and at zipper ends). The draw back is that in the summer you are forced to wear the liner which is both waterproof and thermal lined; you end up being wet from sweat. Fieldsheer should make the liner a two piece deal; waterproof outer-liner(Gortex?)and a thermal liner that goes inside the waterproof liner. Great pant though and truly 4 seasons! Buy a 1 to 1 1/2 size larger!

Chrissy Cranbury,  NJ Nice pants...order 1 size up to go over jeans etc. I really love these pants. I have only worn them in cold weather and with the liner they are windproof and super warm. The waist is very adjustable and can zipper to your jacket. I ordered one size up and that fits reasonably well though sometimes the snap 'pops' after riding a while, if I have the velcro waist adjusters on the side too snug. I look forward to trying just the armor layer over light cotton stretch pants in the summer... I think it will be nicely vented. For me, the right knee pad scoots down a little, I have to rig it to stay about a 1/4 inch higher so it doesn't rub my knee funny... still, well worth the money due to versatility and protection. also has hip pads.

Shirley Caseman Forest Hills,  PA Fit I loved the jacket, so I bought the pants. I have to find a Tailor. The largest size must be made bigger on the pants so they will fit comfortably even with the liner. I wish size 20 or 22 would be offered

Lee Laurel,  MD Believe the advise on the Fieldsheer Four Season Pants They slipped/zipped right over my jeans and boots. I went riding with them and was comfortable in 42 degree weather at 60mph. Afterward, they zipped/slipped off.100% satisfied. Thanks again Motorcycle Superstore for allowing us to share our experiences here. Other stores should follow your lead.

Karen san diego,  CA Very comfy So far these have been great pants in the warm weather, but its been too hot here in San Diego to test them in the cold yet. Not sure how well they will do since the mesh does not have a way to close off the air flow. I'm Hoping the liner will be warm enough and windproof.

Karen San Diego,  CA WOW finally a pant that fits, great protection and is comfy too Well I read all the reviews after trying and returning 3 other pairs, not counting what I tried locally, these are awesome!! Take note of the other reviews. They do run small if you intend to wear all the layers and knee and hip protection. I'm a 12 and ordered 14. The accordion stretch panels on knees and thighs make them super comfortable. The elastic and adjustable tabs on the waist enables you to tighten them in for no air flow down the toosh for us curvy Ladies. Long enough to cover down through the ankle, and they are NOT BLACK, Yippee. Silver color translates more to a dove grey which looks good with my white or my black jackets. Motocycle Superstore has been the best in my quest for the perfect pant taking the returns so quickly.

Lisa Coopersville,  MI Fieldsheer - Womens Four Season Mesh Pants Like those before me have said these run REALLY small. I normally wear a size 6 or 8 women’s pant, and ordered a 12 (since when is a twelve an XXL?!?) and let me tell you, they are SNUG!! And that's without the liners in them!! Heaven help me when it gets a little colder out, I'm not sure how I'll wiggle into them. After that, they are superb pants. Love them and feel much safer in them.

Jason Carter Streetman,  TX Bad fit My girlfriend wears a size 2 and for these pants a size 8 was too small. This sizing is incredibly off. After doing more research, I found this has been an ongoing problem and should have been addressed by Fieldsheer years ago.

Mona Clayton,  NC Bad Fit I wear a size 12 Regular, due to my hips, but always have at least 4 inches of spare room in my waistbands. I could barely get these pants fastened, much less breathe! The rest of the pant was huge, even with the quilted liner and jeans, and 5 inches too long. The Velcro at the ankles did not have enough adjustment to snug the ankle as much as was needed. Another issue was the armor placement. These pants are going back.

Gaby Rudderow Davidsonville,  MD Excellent product I wanted protective over pants for summer riding, and these are exactly what I was looking for - the mesh panels allow for ventilation on hot days while hips and knees are protected. I usually wear a size 6 so that's what I ordered, but these run really small and I needed to exchange them for a size 8 which fits perfectly.

stephanie Ann Arbor,  MI impossible sizing I am a size 4 with a 28 inch waist, and ordered medium pants- way too tight at the waist, especially to sit comfortably. I reordered a large- still snug at the waist, but the rest was HUGE. I returned those as well and bought Tourmaster pants, which I am happy with. Transactions with Motorcycle Superstore were easy.

Joan Bear,  DE fieldsheer womens four season mesh pants These pants are the best fitting, to my figure, of several other brands I've tried on (in the stores). The mesh is protective and it does let the air through on a hot day; but as we all know, the sun's rays are absorbed by the color black. I do wish Fieldsheer would make these in silver (white gets dirty so easily). Also, they do not have a velcro or elastic tightening strip around the ankle. I will be adding one to prevent the pant leg from sliding up (and the knee pad from changing its location) in case of a spill. For the price, they're great pants and very comfortable on a hot day, as long as you're moving down the road.

stephanie ann arbor,  MI impossible sizing I am a size 4 or 6 and tried fieldsheers size medium and then a large. The large was uncomfortably tight at the waist but had so much material at the hip and legs that it was like a fat suit. Had to return both. Overall they seem like nice pants, if you can make them fit. Experience with Motorcycle Superstore as always flawless. Great place to shop.

Teri Davis,  Prince Edw Women's Four Season Mesh Pant Finally, a pair of pants that are mesh, armored and not leather, and not $400. I love my pants. With the liner they keep me warm. They are also vented/meshed for summer riding. The lining is black and makes it so others can't see your undergarments either. The bottom fits over my riding boots great but is not loose enough to flop in the wind. The side zipper and velcro at the bottom makes it easy to get your boots on and off while you have the pants on. The size runs pretty true to the ch

Bryan Bailey Staunton,  IL Women's Four Season Mesh Pants These are fantastic pants! I got them for my wife for Christmas and she loves them. They unzip all the way down the leg and Velcro around your boots; they have a nice thick liner for cold and many vents when the liner is removed. They also incorporate elastic around the hips and waist so they move with you, not restrict you. If we could change one thing about the pants; that would be to put a gel pad in the seat of the pants with a leather or suede or even rubbery type material covering it so y
