Colin West Lafayette,  IN Love it This is my first helmet and I looked at tons of them online. Read all the reviews and decided that I would start with a more moderately priced option. I feel I made the right choice. This helmet fits great. Comfortable right out of the box. Sizing chart worked perfectly. It looks really cool (Candy Red). The venting is fairly rudimentary but since it is open overheating isn't really an issue. Would highly recommend it if you do not want to spend a whole lot.

Justin West Point,  NY Runs a little large I normally wear a medium helmet, so I bought this one in a medium, and it is a little too loose on my head. Other than that, it is a good helmet.

Mr Brown towson,  MD Nice inexpensive helmet The Z1R Ace helmet it nicer than most comparably priced helmets. By size medium that I purchased is a little looser than all other mediums I tried. It is pretty comfortable. The strap is in a good place, not too far back like on some other brands. During the hot summer rides, the vent system keeps my head at a comfortable temperature. The best thing about this helmet is the perfectly clear and distortion-free face shield. It is so clear that I forget that it is there. The vents on the helmet direct air onto the shield so it doesn't fog up in normal conditions. On cool humid mornings, the shield can be opened a crack to let a little more air through without getting real loud. Riding with the shield fully open is really noisy. At speeds of 45 mph or less, the helmet is pretty quiet inside. At 50 or more it gets loud really quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Ace helmet.

I love it. Fits great. I like the feature to remove the face shield [live in Texas]. I certainly recommend this helmet and Motorcycle Superstore. Great helmet, great store.

Robert L. Mann Marlinton,  WV Z1R Ace Helmet The Z1R Ace Helmet is exactly what I wanted and needed. It fits well and the ventilation helps to keep the inside of the helmet cool. The full face shield protects against the bugs that my windshield misses. I can wear my sunglasses inside of the full face shield. I have been using it and I am very pleased with it.
