Rebecca Clearwater,  FL Don't be scared by the look I ordered these boots with some trepidation, since I'm a street bike rider and these have more of a classic Harley look. However, they look fantastic on, and under leathers especially look really good. They fit true to size- I'm an 8.5 and the 8.5 fit fine with medium weight socks. Extremely comfortable and needed no break-in period. My only gripe is no cover for the laces, since they tend to come untucked eventually during the ride. Other than that, A+ and would buy again.

J Elgin,  IL Heavy! These boots are heavy! I wouldn't want to stand around in them all day, but they feel great while on the bike. I can put my foot down and know it's going to stay there! My only gripe with these boots are that the zipper edge chafes a little on the leg, and that the finish is super-easily scuffed, showing the brown leather underneath. Took a few days to break in and get comfortable, but being able to slip in and out with the zippers makes all the difference when having to change from riding clothes to work clothes. all in all, very nice boots, I like them.

Heather A. Medford,  OR Solid but BIG boot Lots to love about this boot...I've only had them about a month, but they seem very well-built, like I'll have them a long time. As other reviews said, they do run large. I ordered my normal size, and found them to be very roomy. Rather than reorder, I put some insoles in them and try to wear a heavier sock. They could be a little snugger, but I'd rather have them a little big than a little small. They are extremely comfortable. They required a short break-in, as they are higher than other boots I've worn, but now they feel very good. I'm a teacher, and I'll ride to school in them in the morning and wear them all day and my feet feel great at the end of the day. One of my male colleagues wears a similar pair at work all day and has the same comfort from his. Price was good, and the only feature I'd like to see added is a strap/buckle over the laces to keep them out of the way. Otherwise, awesome boot!

Jenny Deerfield,  NH River Road Women's Double Zipper Field Boots The reviews I have read say they are heavy but I always wear work boots and these are light compared to them. I love to wear them and yesterday I went on an all day ride and they were comfortable. Having the double zipper is great to get them on and off. These are good boots.

Lynn Pt. Charlotte,  FL Excellent boots Although these boots are heavy, I feel well protected and like that I get additional height. For the price I think these are good looking, functional riding boots. There are zippers on both sides of the boot which is a plus.

Denise Porterfield Kernersville,  NC Good for Height! Ok-- the fit is okay, they fit length wise okay-- I think they are a little wide- I seem to slide, and walking even after a couple weeks of breaking in, is not super comfy. They are great ON the bike-- they give me some extra height which I needed for the sports bike, but they are very heavy and not good for walking. I would ONLY wear these if I knew I would not have to get off the bike very much. They are in no way waterproof, so forget about wearing them if it's raining. They were a good compromise-- the high end brand that gave height were $400, and I couldn't see paying that.

A Harris Indianapolis,  IN River Road Womens Double Zipper Field Boots These boots fit me comfortably and I normally wear 10 wides (I ordered size 10). They are attractive, sturdy and heavy - my feet feel well protected. They have good traction and although the shoe laces allow me to tie the boots nice and tight, I tuck them in so that they don't get caught on anything. The boots are very reasonably priced. I've received complements on them and overall, I love them! I would definitely recommend and buy these again.
