Best I have seen yet!!!
Well, I got these things today and I can now see what it used to be like getting into a girdle for the ladies. Took a few minutes, but once ya figure it out it is a snap. Fit real good, finish is as good as I have personally seen, durability definitely looks good, nice features, top strap above knee could be a bit longer), but that is no big deal, I can just extend it. Cost a bit of greenback, but in line with others I have seen on the market and some not half this good. All in all, I don't think ya can go wrong with these. A few minutes wearing them around the house and I forgot I even had them on. They are comfortable, ya just got to learn how to adjust them to fit you personally. Good product, great service. Ordered on the 27th (late) and got them on the 30th (early) all the way from Medford, OR and I'm in Kentucky!! Go figure that one out.

Does the job
I bought these so I could wear shorts and still have leg protection. I don’t really use the bottom strap, just the two smaller lower straps and the big top strap. These stay where I want them and allow me to ride with more confidence on my 120 mile daily commute. They block most of the sand that ALL Ford trucks and Semis kick up on the I-95. I think they are worth the price asked and would recommend them to my friends and family.

They fit well. Comfortable, and they don't move around or slide around. They feel like they would give a good amount of protection, but luckily I haven't tested that yet. Definitely worth it for me since I ride in jeans mostly. Ride safe!

Great Everyday Riding Armor
I bought these to wear under my jeans/pants for my commutes to work and now wear them every time I ride. They don't offer the best fit if you have big calves like I do however they are pretty secure once on. They will definitely do the job, I kicked a pole to test them out and felt nothing on my shin. I once wore them at work all day and although they were cumbersome at first I did forget about them by the end of the day. Great protection at a good cost!

Fit is weird
I have some trouble getting these to fit correctly. The knee part seems to slide around to much. I have not and hope to never test them in a fall but I would be afraid they would slide out of position in a fall. The offer better protection than nothing and fit under jeans well. Most people don't notice I am wearing them under my jeans.

Like everyone else said, the fit doesn't make much sense, I have barely muscular calves and it is already tight on me. If someone was fat or actually huge it might be a problem. Also the bottom strap always gets bunched up instead of being straight across. Haven’t gone down in them but I’ve heard good things from people who have. Fit under jeans very well and I can wear them for a decent amount of time off the bike without caring

It does the job as designed!
I purchased these as another precaution to going down. Excellent IMO because they are priced great, very comfortable and no one can tell you wearing them under your jeans. Best Investment! I never ride without them.

Sizing chart
I just purchased a set of the Field Armor Knee/Shin Guards and I am currently putting them through the first "fit, reliability, annoyance" test. So far, they seem to be pretty good. The fit is close to perfect for me. Here are some measurements of my lower leg (each measurement will be named after the strap that relates to the region): Knee Strap: 15" 1st Calf Strap: 14" 2nd Calf Strap: 14 1/2" 3rd Calf Strap: 11 1/2" If your lower legs are similar--give or take an inch--these will fit you just fine. They will stay in place and won’t give you mid-ride "adjustment" grief. Overall, not too shabby.

Good Protection, not a great fit
These guards are really solid and feel like they will hold up well in a crash. They also wrap most of the way around the sides and back of the leg to protect against abrasion and burns. However, getting these to fit is quite tricky. I ride my bicycle a lot as well so my upper leg and upper calf are much larger than my lower calf, hence the top two straps fit really well and the bottom two straps do next to nothing. I had problems with these sliding down while riding, especially on my left leg when I shifted. I eventually solved this problem by tightening the top straps extremely tight to compensate. Once I did this they fit fine and I could wear them around under jeans comfortably.

As I write this I'm actually wearing them...they really just feel like big socks once you get use to them. Adjusting to them during a ride took a little while, but now it's completely fine. No one will ever know you're wearing them unless you actually tell someone or you're wearing jeans that are kind of tight. Just wear some loose pants and they provide some decent room. They fit great...they look alright. They seem pretty durable. Features, well the straps are kind of annoying but if you see sport bike track gear's review on it, they'll have some idea's to make it less of a hassle. Cost benefit...I really just need to by some Kevlar jeans or something of the like to protect my legs a little more and I'll be set. From what I can see they will prevent an impact break and look like they'll slide a bit too. Good for everyday riding without wearing full leathers.
