Hard Rock Protection
Great speed in shipping. I have not worn these riding yet, but did try them on and the fit was perfect. The "Cut Straps to Fit" feature is great and it is sewn in a manner for that purpose if needed. Finish is great. Durability? Looks to me like these things will do the job with no problem. Good firm, snug fit, and hard rock protection. I really like that you put your arm through these things instead of just strapping them on, much more comfortable. They cost a few "Green Back Dollars", but I have found out you get what you pay for and these are worth the price to me. Both my arms and I have kinda become good friends, I want to keep them.

Fits great. Looks interesting. Hopefully will never need to know how well it protects.
I must say, it's an interesting look. I keep thinking I should be holding some kind of Sci-Fi weapon. But it fits well and for the most part feels comfortable, except that the right arm guard tends to chafe my throttle hand. It could be that I just have to figure out how to wear it properly. I live in a warm weather climate, so the guards can get hot if you're at a red light. But if you're moving there's usually enough airflow to cool you down. Durability wise, there are a few threads that are unraveling near the protective plates, similar to wear and tear on athletic shoes. And some fraying on the velcro straps. But it looks like they should last a long time.

Throw em under a jersey or a non-armor jacket with your field armor vest and you'll be good to go.

They need to make a 1 size fits all fit otherwise built very well they don’t stay in place on a smaller person such as myself.

Icon - Field Armor Elbow
For the price great protection. The fit is good, the middle strap was way go long, cut and re-sewed.

Man I just got these for x-mas and I love them. The style is great and I will be wearing the .... out of them in this Texas heat, instead of my jacket. The lower wrist strap is a little tight, but I just leave it loose, and I am good, also got the chest protector for a little extra protection. I generally like the way Icon designs there equipment, have the boots and gloves. New jacket and helmet next, just love Icon.

Icon - Field Armor Elbow
I ordered the smaller size and they were very uncomfortable; too tight for the average person. The larger size fits pretty well. I’m 5’11” around 220 pounds. If you are trying to decide which size to purchase, go for the larger size if you are taller than 5’5” with any form of muscle on your fore arm (hint). Overall, this was a great purchase. I have protection from my wrist to my elbows; the material is durable and they look great on any sports bike rider.

Improvements will probably be made, but still a great product. We'll see what the Fall '08 catalog will bring.

Great overall, but need more than 2 sizes
I just got mine last week, and they work great in this Texas heat. It really beats wearing my leather jacket. I wear mine with my Icon Regulator Club vest, and I feel safe and secure with them on. For the price and safety they provide they are great, but the Icon is bad about their sizing. I just wish they would use step sizing instead of Regular (xs-l) and xl(xl-4x). If it was xs-s, m-l, l-xl and xxl- 4xl I think it would work out better. The forward strap will close but it’s too tight so I don’t use it but, they work great overall....

They fit just a little bit uncomfortable... But it's a good armor for that price.

Great protection
These sleeves provide great protection in case of a fall, I plan on wearing them during the summer months when I trade in the jacket for Icon's armor. Sleeves may be to small for someone with bigger arms. Not the most comfortable things in the world but worth the protection.

Icon forearm elbow
It fits the average sized person well. It is a little tight and a tad bit uncomfortable at times but overall it works well. They need to make the elastic sleeve a little more comfortable and stretch a bit more. The elbow part would have been better if it was separated like on the knee and shin armour. Looks cool though, and worth the purchase. Great during warm weather and beats wearing a jacket.

Good Stuff
The product works great, the only downfall is the velcro straps are not big enough to secure all three of them. I am a skinny guy as it is, and there is no way if I can't get the third strap on that anybody else can. The good news is it works great with the two straps secure that do fit.
