good helmet for the $$

I bought this helmet last week with the optional mirrored shield. I love the way it looks and fits. the hands free kit from my snowboard helmet fits in the v-com set up. only problem was the first time i went ridding the vent flew off when i looked behind me. Motorcycle superstore was on top of it. the customer service rep overnighted new vents to me the next day.

Got me across country in great shape

I misplaced my old kidney belt during a recent move, so I got a BackThing to replace it. I winced at the price but I had a major trip coming up and decided to spring for it. I just rode my Vespa 3,300 miles across country (yep, a scooter) and the BackThing allowed me to do it pain-free. I've had lumbar problems for years and riding almost always gives me some measure of discomfort. I can honestly say that this back support kept me completely free of pain for my entire trip.

Comfortable riding sneakers with some extra protection

I didn't want to buy boots, I was looking for something that would be comfortable for riding and walking around after getting off the bike. They are very comfortable.they fit me perfect. They breathe well and are good for hot weather riding. My biggest gripe is durability. I've only worn these for a few hundred miles and I can see the sole on my left foot wearing away. A bit pricey when boots with more features are in the same price range.

Helmet is working great, quiet and good air flow. I like the flip up visor and the flip down, sun screen. Comfortable to wear, not very heavy.

I've worn these in the rain a few times and so far they do a good job but are not perfect. Some moisture got through but I wasn't soaked and that is what matters to me.
