Larry Carlson Carlton,  Northwest Chrome Shield I like the chrome shield in bright sunlight. It cuts the glare and I think it makes the helmet a little cooler inside. Looks cool, outside too, but the chrome coating can be easily scratched...so be careful with it.

Michael Onasis Bakersfield,  CA GM Shields I got both shields. The chrome and blue. The chrome is A+ in the sun. I don't even have to wear sunglasses under my helmet. The blue I can get away with wearing it all the way till dusk. Performance is super!!!
