Hogtowner Gainesville,  FL Reflective Silver Shield This is an exact match for the standard shield, so fit is no problem. I have read much about the reflection on the inside of the shield bothering some people. This is, under some light conditions, visible indeed, but you have to look for it. In other words you must focus your eyes to the very close range to notice it, otherwise you look right through it. It is absolutely no bother to me, and quite natural to ignore this slight, almost ghostly, reflection.

Michael Y Aspen,  CO HJC pink mirrored helmet shield Great addition to my wife's Eve helmet; since it has pink hibiscus flowers on a white helmet, this pink shield looks sweet. This way, people can tell she's a feminine, sexy woman, instead of a clone of me as the rider.

Matt Raymond,  WA HJC tinted shield Overall good shield and I'm happy with it. It does whistle a little bit at higher speeds and I sometimes get reflections on the inside. Blocks the glare, kinda dark for night riding though (no street lights) but do-able when you got to. Bugs wash off easy with just water and hands. Seems durable but I haven't had it very long.

Richard Los Angeles,  CA Silver tint As other reviewers noted there is excessive glare on the inside of the shield. I can practically see my face in the reflection on the inside of the shield. I don't know if other tints have the same problem but at the moment I'm not using this shield.

Andy Essex Junction,  VT RST Silver Shield Compared to most other companies, this shield is cheap, but it works just as well. It gets dirty easily and you can see fingerprints on the outside, but I haven't seen a scratch on it yet, and I've used it daily for a month. I'm not very easy on it either. It's also the perfect tint, it keeps the sun out of my eyes, but I haven't had an issue riding at night yet. The only issue is that sometimes, not too often, I can hear a whistle develop that wasn't there with the stock shield.

Josh Brooklyn,  NY Silver Mirror - Lots of glare I like the visor, looks great and doesn’t collect too many smudges. Negative is that there is a lot of glare inside the screen which makes daytime riding annoying.

April Baton Rouge,  LA RST Shield for CL-SP Helmet (Pink) The shield looks great although I do get a whistle when at high speed. Also, the shield picks up fingerprints really easily, during install really - any suggestions on cleaning those because they will not just wipe off. Other than that, it was a great addition to my new helmet and eliminates wearing sunglasses during the day. Also, the tint looks good and keeps people from seeing my face. Good buy for the price.
