Earl J Goshen,  IN Gold makes you look like an astronaut :-) Perfect fit and the tint is not too much for night riding if you have good lights. For the money, I'd expect a bit more resistance to scratching, so I gave it lower marks for cost benefit and durability. Overall a good buy, just be careful when handling/cleaning it.

Dan Nashville,  TN Won't buy another.. The visor looked cool and all but at night it had a prism effect that made every light look like 3.. I was also very careful and it but it still scratched easily. I'll stick to sunglasses since I can use them with ease only when I want and I can still ride with the visor up at low speeds for fresh air.

Rebecca Mesa,  AZ Improvement over the clear but... I wish it had a true mirrored finish. I've purchased both the dark smoke and now the silver finishes (they seem to be exactly the same) and you can clearly see my face. I still need to wear sunglasses with the shield but it helps to cut a lot of the light and it isn't so dark that it can't be worn at night. Also, I always feel like I'm going to break the shield or the helmet when installing a replacement but I suppose that's a problem with the helmet and not the shield.

derek lindsey,  OH Awesome Look I put this gold shield on my CL-14 and i couldn't be happier with it. Installing the new shield is a bit tricky, i would recommend removing and reinstalling your old one a couple times to kind of get the hang of it. It fits great on my helmet and i've had many compliments on it already. Highly recommended for the price.

Rick Troiani Henryville,  PA Tricky to install but good shield This is my third shield since I tend to drop my helmet and it always seems to land on the shield! The shield is great, but would be nice if it came with instructions. I could re-install it faster now that I've done it, but considering that I only do this once every few months, it takes awhile to remember how.
