These are exact replacements for yours if you break them. The only problem is that you cannot install them without damaging your helmet's interior foam.

HJC Top vents for CL-15 helmet
Product was correct, but trying to install it into the helmet was tricky. The hard part getting to the screw that hold the part into the helmet. You had to drill a hole into the foam padding to hold to release the old part, and to hold to tighten for the new part. Other than that, it worked.
