I bought an Airframe in large, but it fit like a small/medium from most other manufacturers. So these fit the bill, but also made the helmet more expensive than what it's really worth.

It's great that you can change the cheekpads to adjust your comfort in these helmets. The helmet fits much better now; I went with smaller pads because I have chipmunk cheeks.

Icon Airframe replacement cheekpads
These replacement pads are great! Easy to install, easy to remove and wash. Saves the need to have to buy a new helmet when the pads get too soft. I actually have a medium helmet that I have made to fit my head by installing XS cheek pads. Wonderful.
