Zoltan Sterling,  MA Fog City - Hyper Optiks Visor Inserts It's true: This shield does not fog up. The most I've ever seen on it was a faint halo. I understand it was made to be used on all kinds of different helmets (I have AGV Miglia), but still I wish it was a little larger. Wider would give me wider vision. Taller would be good, because now water condenses on the upper portion of my original shield and streaks down on the Fog City shield. This kind of defeats the purpose a little. It's a good product though and sticks on well. First I'd cleaned the old shield very thoroughly of all the useless anti-fog juice residue.

Jesse Camdenton,  MO A little to much for just anti fog Well I put it on my helmet today and went for a ride to try it out no fog which is good but so far it doesn't turn very blue. So if you’re expecting it to be sun blocking it won’t be. It may block UV but it doesn't block light. I'm not very happy with it atm.

Steve J. Danville,  CA Good product! The insert fit my Scorpion helmet clear visor very well. The edge adhesive seems to be holding up well after about a month of riding. The visor consistently changes color with changes in light intensity. The insert blocks out enough glare that I no longer have to daily switch from a clear to a smoke visor in the evening when I leave work. There have been no issues with visor clarity--I see well through the insert in the dark and at the brightest time of the day. The weather is not cool enough yet in the early morning to test the anti-fog properties of the insert. I will use this product on every new helmet visor I buy in the future.

Axel E. Colon-Padin Seaside,  CA Fog City - Hyper Optiks Visor Inserts Great product. I used it for a few days and it never came off. I followed the instruction and let it sit at least 8 hours before mounting it back on my helmet. The only problem is that I did not center it and had to remove it. Now I am trying something to glue it with. Lesson learned: Center it before placing it on the visor and ensure that you are clear of the helmet seals.

Richard Absher Blacksburg,  VA Helps with fog but would like it to turn darker No doubt the anti-fogging properties of the insert work great. Fogging hasn't been an issue since I installed it. It would be nice if it darkened more though. I like the mint green color in low light conditions. It actually seems to improve contrast and clarity. And the blue isn't bad unless it's a really bright day or you're riding into the sun. I would compare it to the light smoke tint on my other shield. All in all I'm glad I spent the money.

Glenn Rueger Los Angeles,  CA A way to keep it on. I agree with the previous poster that, while it works well, the shield falls off too easily. Here's what I did: I got some industrial strength double-sided tape (aka double-stick) and cut a crescent-moon shape for each far corner of the insert. The tape is strong enough to keep the fog shield in place and will even allow the shield to be removed for cleaning and then cleanly re-fitted! A bit of work, but it's worth the effort because this will keep your face shield absolutely fog-free. Even in the rain.

Michael Jent Woodland,  WA fog city visor insert for helmets The hyper optiks fog city insert works great. But the only fall back is the glue used on mine. It just simply wasn't enough. After one hour of riding the shield came off. Afterwards it wouldn't stick back in place and stay on the inner visor. As far as the idea and technology of the product, it was grand. No fog on inner visor, wow. Now if I just figure out how to keep it on.....Read all instructions prior to installing. Again, the glue is a problem. Tried to put super glue around edges and replace but, to no avail.
