Dual Heat-Troller
I bought this with a pair of gloves and a jacket liner. First let me say it does what it is advertised to do... controls the gear separately. There are a few things I don't like. First is that the unit is very bulky and needs to be secured to your body in use. I didn't get the bike mounted unit as I have two bikes and a sports car I want to use this with all three. Second, the knobs don't tighten down securely on their shafts making adjusting them a bit more difficult than necessary because the index mark becomes meaningless. Third, the knobs are too small for gloved fingers so you have to stop the bike to safely adjust the settings. Fourth, the way the unit cycles on and off does indeed adjust the amount of heat provided, but the little flashing led is difficult to translate to an understandable heat setting.
I find it works well , but is difficult to use. I affixed labels to the unit to show which knob controls the gloves and which one does the liner really helps. BTW you can't read the labels while riding, but I color coded them to obviate the need to read... really helps out.
So if you mark the unit it becomes really nice to use... I bet it will be even better when I find larger knobs!

Dual Heat Troller
Hey! I can control the heat of the gloves and jacket separately with this device. What a concept!!! Don't leave home without it. Sometimes I wanted my gloves warmer than my jacket and control is a beautiful thing...

Dual Controller
I bought the liner, kevlar gloves and dual controller. Toasty warm. All work perfectly. I rode for 2 hours on I-95 yesterday (75mph) in 40 degree weather with my jacket liner and gloves on high. I was toasty warm, just like riding in summer. I've used my gear 5 or 6 times. The dual controller is nice to have. When idling in traffic in 30 degree weather, engine heat requires shutting jacket liner off. The dual controller allows me to keep the gloves on so my fingers stay warm. Without it, my torso would sweat and my fingers would be numb. No strain on my electrical system ('03 HD Road King). Easy to install. A little spendy, but REALLY nice to have. I haven't used the gear in a heavy rain...yet. If it performs as well in a heavy rain as it has so far, it'll be worth every penny to those of us who ride all year.

All Year Rider
This is a great invention. I use it to operate my gloves and a jacket liner. I love the way you can fine tune the temperature of each item by simply rotating a knob. You would think that living in Florida, it would be good warm riding weather all year. But that is not the case in northwest Florida. There are plenty of cold and damp mornings and nights here. With this equipment the coldest days or nights of riding are like riding in mid spring. Kudos to the people who invented this thing.

It works
What can you say about a troller, it works. Quality seems high. A little bulky to put in your pocket. If you what to do that get the one with the separate base unit and controls. I just mounted mine on the left side of the tank, so I can adjust it with my left hand with ease.

Dual Controller
I am glad I bought the dual controller because so far, I have only needed about half heat on the jacket liner and quarter heat on the gloves. It is nice being able to control the devices separately. I definitely would recommend the dual controller over the single unit. Easy installation and you are off riding comfortably in the cold.

A must Have
The dual heat-troller is the way to go. Along with being able to micro-adjust the temp, you can adjust two seperate heated items to different settings, i.e. gloves and jacket. I often need more warmth supplied to my gloves so it just makes sense

Maybe a bit of a pain, but worth it.
I have the jacket liner and gloves combo. With this controller, I am able to crank up the heat for my cold hands without getting too hot in the jacket. There are a total of 5 different plugs to attach each time I mount up, and it requires a bit more preparation for a ride. That said, this item works great and even with all the plugs, its better, I think, than something attached directly to a garment.

Controller works as advertized. Easy to install/mount. Can adjust settings with gloves on and underway. All good.
