Francisco Queens,  NY easy installer Before buying the item seemed difficult, but it was an easy installer, almost plug and play except for the holes needed for permanent position. I gave a 5 on both durability and cost since i just bought it and can't tell yet. Overall i am satisfied for usefulness.
